Jason Hubick is a runner from Regina, Saskatchewan (technically the RM of Sherwood, but I digress). He started running with his daughter while in his mid 30’s and eventually made his way through all the race distances from half marathons to marathons to triathlons and up to 50 mile trail events. He also race directs the Sweaty Yeti out at White Butte Trails and the Hoot N’Howl trail race at Wascana Trails. He volunteers at alot of events and is a huge part of the Saskatchewan running scene.

Marcel Macfarlane is a veterinarian and volunteer firefighter from Carnduff, Saskatchewan. He is also a very accomplished athlete and ultra runner. On this episode we talk about his many ultra running adventures both near and far. We talk about his Bighorn 100 Mile race in Wyoming in 2024 where with the help of friends, family and community he raised over 15,000 dollars for mental health support for the Carnduff Fire Department.
