The tiredness, inability to sleep and general disorientation are just a part of being a pilot. There is a term for this combination of feelings though; Jet Lag. Today's in-flight entertainment isn't technically a holiday tv show, but it does take place during December and does mention Christmas which we know is enough for some people to call this a Christmas show (looking at you "Die Hard is a Christmas movie" people).
