Dick Tracy is Warren Beatty's lifelong obsession, and though he maintains a death grip on the rights to the character to this day, he did give us one of the most visually striking comic-book movies ever made. Though it feels like this 1990 film has faded somewhat into obscurity, it remains full of bold choices, fantastic design, and some of your favorite actors of the time doing the craziest things. What's not to like?
