Wayne Adam Ford was a former long-haul truck driver who murdered four women from 1997 to 1998. When he turned himself into the Humboldt County Sheriff Department in Eureka, California, he had a woman's breast in a bag in his coat pocket. He was found guilty of four counts of first-degree murder on June 27th, 2006 and was sentenced to death in August of 2006.

Nicole van den Hurk // 154 // False confession
Nicole van den Hurk disappeared on her way to work in Eindhoven on October 6th of 1995, and her body was discovered in the woods on November 22nd. In 2011, her stepbrother falsely confessed to get her body exhumed for DNA tests. DNA collected from the crime scene led to the arrest of Jos de G. In November of 2016, he was sentenced to five years' imprisonment, but this was later appealed and his sentenced was increased to 12 years.

15-year-old Candice Parchment went missing in April of 2010. Police found her remains beneath a mattress in a wooded and secluded area in November of 2010. They finally got a break in the case when they read Candice's own diary where she described a previous attack by two other teenagers, Marshae Hickman and Jermaine Robinson.

Gregory Biggs // 149 // Windshield Murder
On October 26th, 2001, Chante Jawan Mallard hit Gregory Glenn Biggs with her vehicle. She drove home and left him lodged in her windshield as she parked in the garage. Chante was a nursing assistant, but she didn't render aid to Gregory as he was dying. She was convicted and sentenced to 50 years imprisonment for her role in his death.

Hallie Illingworth // 146 // The Lady of the Lake
In July of 1940, the body of a strangled woman was discovered floating in Crescent Lake in Olympic National Park, Washington. The cold water preserved the body, but the flesh had turned into a soap-like substance. It took a while, but a dentist was finally able to identify the woman as Hallie Latham Illingworth. She had been missing since shortly before Christmas in 1937 and investigators arrested her husband, Monty Illingworth.
