The Sixers started out strong but were unable to keep that intensity up. Paul George came up with 15pts in the 1st quarter and then DID NOT SCORE the rest of the game. Tyrese Maxey had just 8 shots heading into the 4th quarter. Joel Embiid had an up-and-down night with 18 points on 17 shots.

The Philadelphia 76ers took an EMBARRASSING 138-98 loss to the New York Knicks in Game 1 of their 2nd Round playoff series.
The Sixers had NO ANSWER for Jalen Brunson who scored 35pts in 31mins. Meanwhile, the Sixers couldn't find a rhythm. Tyrese Maxey scored just 13pts on 3-of-9 shooting and Joel Embiid scored 14 on 3-of-11 shooting.
