No Dogs is back to continue your musical journey through the vast, winding history of Experimental Rock. This time embarking on a brand new series with the intention to shed some light on an often misunderstood side of the experimental rock world - Krautrock! Beginning first with a band formed out of a collective of musicians who met as members of a West German commune during the late 1960s, and who would go on to, maybe more so than anyone, define the words "experimental rock"... It's time for the one and only, Amon Düül II.

As we conclude our series on The Velvet Underground we pick back up just after the band had split with one of it's founding members, John Cale. No Dogs in Space is back for Season 2!

Marcus and Carolina return, and this season we shift our focus towards a sub-genre of Music, that much like Punk, encompasses a wide range of different styles cross-pollinating organically in the underground music scene of the 1970's, this season we're diving headfirst into Alternative.

As our story of The Beasties comes to it's final stop, Carolina and Marcus breakdown a time in the group's career when they had already achieved greatness but strove to artistically take their sound to another level. Through new found collaborations and pulling from all of the creative elements that made up their earlier successes, the 3 MCs from NYC would go on to record "Hello Nasty" & some of the most memorable hits in their catalog. Lastly, with a new, slightly-more mature point of view, the Beastie Boys enter the swan song era of their career, which sadly ends in 2012...

In this penultimate episode of our Beastie Boy's series, Carolina and Marcus pick back up with the Beasties at the height of their success, fresh off the heels of a multi-platinum record and their first smash hit. As their fame and notoriety continues to grow, we see the group mature past their beer chugging frat boy personas to record one of the most definitive records of their career, Paul's Boutique.
