Hangin With Mist3rDouglas

Rudolf Steiner taught that spiritual protection begins with something  pleasantly surprisingly practical: learning to govern your own consciousness.

But he also gave an explicit blue aura protection meditation, warned that fear could nourish hostile spiritual beings (loosh anybody?), and outlined exercises for strengthening attention, willpower, emotional balance, and discernment.

So what did Steiner actually recommend and what can we do with it today?

In this solo episode of Hangin' with Mist3rDouglas, we're digging into Steiner's original lectures and writings to explore his appro...

Welcome Welcome Back!

How do you explore spirituality, psychic experience and high strangeness without becoming more fearful, disembodied or dependent on the next explanation?

In this episode of Hangin’ with Mist3rDouglas, I sit down with Layton Elyas, founder of Psychic Somatics, for a deep conversation about Rudolf Steiner, Anthroposophy, somatic embodiment, spiritual discernment, the nervous system, anomalous experience, NHI and the question underneath this entire show:

What can we actually do about it?

Layton shares her path from a dogmatic religious upbringing and the Starseed/New Age world in...

What if the UFO story didn't really begin in 1947?

What if some of the ideas running through modern ufology like hidden teachers, superior intelligences, chosen intermediaries, warnings about humanity, transformation, initiation and even attempts to steer civilization, have much older counterparts in occultism, mystery schools, mythology and esoteric tradition?

In this episode of Hangin' with Mist3rDouglas, I sit down with researcher and writer Jean-Luc Infini for one hell of a trip down the rabbit hole.

Jean-Luc's work explores the overlap between UFOs, occultism, secret societies, spiritual t...

What does laughter have to do with magick?

Quite a bit, apparently.

In this solo episode of Hangin’ with Mist3rDouglas, I dig into Peter J. Carroll’s Liber Null & Psychonaut and isolate something that kept jumping out at me: Carroll brings up laughter again and again as an actual tool of magical practice.

Not simply because occultism could use a sense of humor, although, come on.

Carroll uses laughter in connection with banishing attachment, sigil work, gnosis, broken expectations, belief, emotional states, frightening visions, parado...

What if your birth chart isn't a sentence but a map?

In this episode of Hangin' with Mist3rDouglas, I sit down with occultist, astrologer, magician, mystic and internet character WarJord for a wide ranging conversation about astrology, magick, divination, fate and free will, synchronicity, consciousness, AI, UFOs/NHI, and the strange relationship between belief, meaning and reality itself.

Jord did always monitor the stars. After growing up around tarot and astrology, he moved toward atheism and materialism, until repeatedly tracking planetary transits and real-world events forced him to reconsider what he thought...

Welcome welcome back! What would it actually take to build a more self-reliant life, one based on real food, regenerative farming, natural homes, decentralized communities and technology that works for people instead of managing them?

In this episode of Hangin’ with Mist3rDouglas, I sit down with Tony “Farmer Till I Die or Get Disappeared” on X a Marine Corps veteran, regenerative farming and permaculture practitioner, natural builder, educator, and the mind behind UniphiHQ.com

**Are UFOs extraterrestrial... or are we missing a much older framework?** In this episode of Hangin' with Mist3rDouglas, we dive into one of the most thought-provoking discussions in modern anomalous research. Beginning with recent insights from Tom Montalk, we explore distinctions between biological extraterrestrials, occult entities, and what he calls occult imposters. From there, we examine two fascinating books via written summaries from @bluecrayon71 on X exploring the Jinn Hypothesis through Islamic theology and compare these ideas with modern UFO reports, plasma intelligence research, missing time, alien abduction accounts, folklore, and ancient traditions.

Welcome welcome back!

In this episode of Hangin' with Mist3rDouglas, I sit down with Ƶ, founder of the Diamond Sunrise Academy at diamondsunrise.org to explore ceremonial magick, chaos magick, visualization, manifestation, meditation, discernment, astral practice, energy work, and the disciplined cultivation of consciousness.

Rather than asking whether magick is real, because we know it is, we ask a different question: how do we practice it responsibly?

We explore practical systems for developing imagination, building inner structure, strengthening discernment, creating ceremonial space, navigating fear, engaging with the astral, cultivating fa...

Welcome welcome back!

In this episode of Hangin' with Mist3rDouglas, I explore one of the most fascinating and controversial books ever written on the UFO phenomenon: Ann Druffel's How to Defend Yourself Against Alien Abduction.

Drawing from decades of UFO research and documented experiencer reports, Druffel outlines nine resistance techniques that she believed helped ordinary people end unwanted encounters with alleged Gray entities.

In this discussion I examine: Ann Druffel's research The 9 resistance techniques

Human sovereignty and free will

Sleep paralysis and hypnagogia

Welcome welcome Back!

In one of the deepest conversations I've ever had on the subject, I sit down with D👽☢️MerDaddy @UlrichNeujahr for an exploration of UFOs, non-human intelligence, consciousness, psychology, disclosure, ancient civilizations, AI, narcissism, trauma, telepathy, psychedelics, and humanity's future.

We don't waste time asking whether the phenomenon is real, we explore the far more unsettling questions:

• Why does disclosure seem perpetually incomplete?

• What role does consciousness play in the phenomenon?

• Could psychology hold the key to understanding non-human intelligence?

• Are narcissism and c...

What if ancient spiritual traditions, consciousness research, remote viewing, UFO contact experiences, quantum biology, and modern information theory are all describing the same underlying reality?

In this episode we strip away the theological language and rebuild the map using modern frameworks

What if ancient spiritual technologies, altered states, contact phenomena, and modern consciousness research are all pointing toward the same hidden map of reality?

In this episode we get into the Festival of Drunkenness of Hathor and Sekhmet, shadow work, altered states, binaural beats, overtone singing, dream journaling, and the possibility that humanity has always been engaging with unseen intelligences through ritual, sound, intention, and consciousness modulation.

We explore: Ancient Egyptian mystery traditions and the Festival of Drunkenness Modern equivalents of ritual consciousness practices Shadow work and the psychology of Carl...

A bit out of sync but here's Episode 2!

A long and fascinating conversation that spans The book of Tobit, Fallen Angels and the Question of what, if anything to believe. I went deep with Claude and came back with some fascinating findings. Welcome welcome back!

This episode is where we start to put some lemon juice and heat on our parchment.

The start of revealing what we can use to make our maps to begin our path to stronger footing.

Within we get into:

Whether ancient religions, Hermeticism, Kabbalah, Egyptian cosmology, UFO encounters, the Watchers, and modern NHI phenomena might all be describing the SAME, or similarly resonant, underlying structure… using different language.

Welcome welcome back!

we step into some more ancient territory—Egyptian cosmology, angelic hierarchies, the Watchers, and the modern NHI conversation—and start asking the question:

👉 Are these all describing the same underlying system?

We explore the Egyptian goddess Hathor not just as a deity, but as something far more interesting:

A mechanism… a principle… a living interface between the divine and the material world.

A long and fascinating conversation that spans The book of Tobit, Fallen Angels and the Question of what, if anything to believe. I went deep with Claude and came back with some fascinating findings. Welcome welcome back!

This episode we wade into the waters of potential time wars being waged and an explanation for the disappearing scientists via an Amy Eskridge email and related documents from a Post on X via doomerdaddy.

We read through it and I provide my dissenting perspective.

Then there is this Puharich Push.

Soon as we hit the apex of the missing scientists story it all fizzles out.

The next hot topic seems to be the Nine being channeled with certain individuals of the elite class via Andrija P...

Hello Bangorang beautiful empowering people!
