First is a 2008 Volkswagen GTI that had the battery disconnected and won't learn the steering angle basic setting afterwards. We often deal with strange control module issues- codes, warning lights, communication faults, or reduced functions. While the causes are numerous for each individual situation, one thing that may "fix" the issue is a battery disconnect or capacitive discharge.
