So, when a listener gifted us a bottle of whiskey, we took a look at the label and said, “Wait, Malört makes a Bourbon?!” Because if you’re not familiar with Malört, it’s an extremely bitter liqueur made from wormwood, the main ingredient in Absinthe, but without any anise, sweetness, or complexity.
