When the outcome becomes the evidence
You followed your plan. Waited for your setup. Managed your risk. Made a thoughtful decision.
And the trade lost.

What are you asking trading to give you?
We come to trading for all kinds of reasons.
Financial freedom. Independence. Flexibility. The possibility of building a life that looks a little different from the one we're living.
But somewhere beneath those goals, there may be something else we're hoping the markets will give us.
Security. Validation. A sense of accomplishment. Proof that we're capable. Perhaps even permission to finally feel successful, worthy, or enough.
And often, we don't realize just how much meaning we've attached to trading until the market doesn't give us what we hoped it would.

Because when you sit down in front of the charts, you don't arrive as a blank slate.
