This week Ryan breaks down the divisions for the MNHL, and how the PWHL doesn't have divisions yet.

There looks to be a lot, but there's not, we promise. There's 32 teams in the MNHL, and half of them are East or Western Conference. These are the two that are going to be facing off in the Stanley Cup finals. One from the East. One from the West.

The Divisions are broken down into Atlantic, Metropolitan, Central, and Pacific. This is where you'll get the most rivalries between teams. Teams in the Atlantic division play each...

And to finish our explanation of penalties, we round out this episode with Major Penalties, that come with a minimum of a 5 minute time out in the no-no box at the boy aquarium or Women's hockey!
