Called Up: U20 National Team | From the 260 area code to the 502 international code, Lucha Delcid and Landon Wells join Guatemala’s U20 national team

Soccer Double Dip
Spring soccer is notorious for cramming a lot of soccer into a short timeline, which can produce an overload of multiple team commitments with both club and middle school, as well as showcases and league game schedules - a double dip of sorts. Tonight we welcome guests Anthony Anzini and Micah Middendorf to help us navigate the gauntlet of spring soccer in the 260. Micah will also update us on the 1927 SC men’s amateur team upcoming season.

Fort Wayne has produced numerous soccer professionals, names like Demarcus Beasley, Jamar Beasley, Amelia White, Akil Watts, and Sara Killion, to name a few, but we have another pro who you might not be as familiar with. On this episode we have special guest Andrew Bigelow, a 260 native and professional Assistant Referee for Major League Soccer (MLS), who very recently shared the soccer pitch with Inter Miami and Messi himself.
