Zindagi mein kuch log aise hote hain jo aap ki khushi mein khush nahi hote. Aap ki kamyabi unhein pareshaan karti hai. Aap ki taraqqi unhein achi nahi lagti. Aap ki zindagi mein sukoon ho, to woh us sukoon ko bhi kharab karne ka koi na koi tareeqa dhoond lete hain. Aur sab se zyada takleef tab hoti hai jab yeh log koi ghair nahi, balke aap ke apne rishtedaar hote hain. Woh log jin se aap mohabbat ki umeed rakhte hain, jinhein aap apna samajhte hain, aur jin ke saamne aap apni zindagi ki baatein khul kar karte hain...

Kabhi aap ne socha hai ke insaan apni zindagi mein kitna door nikal jata hai? Kabhi paison ke peechay, kabhi duniya ki khwahishon ke peechay, kabhi aise logon ke peechay jo usay Allah se door kar dete hain. Aur phir zindagi mein ek waqt aata hai jab sab kuch hone ke bawajood, dil khaali hota hai. Chehray par muskurahat hoti hai, lekin andar sukoon nahi hota. Aur us waqt dil ke kisi konay se ek awaaz aati hai. Kya ab bhi Allah ke paas wapas ja sakta hoon? w

Aur phir aahista aahista apni hi nematein chhoti lagne lagti hain. Is qist mein baat hogi muqable ki uss aadat ki jo hamara sukoon, shukar aur kabhi kabhi hamari apni pehchaan bhi humse chheen leti hai.

One of the hardest questions in family life is this:
Should two people stay together for the sake of the children, even when the marriage has become toxic?
There is no simple answer.
Sometimes a marriage can be repaired. Sometimes it needs serious intervention. And sometimes staying together can expose children to years of fear, conflict, humiliation, and emotional instability.
In this episode, we reflect on what children actually need, what parents often misunderstand, and how to make this decision with wisdom instead of fear.

I’ve let it go.”But there is one person many of us struggle to forgive.Ourselves.In this episode, we reflect on the mistakes, decisions, regrets, and memories that may belong to the past, but somehow continue to live inside us.Because sometimes healing is not about forgiving someone else.Sometimes, the person waiting for forgiveness is you.
