This podcast is about how my classmate literally confessed to analyzing someone while in class. Also I found out from a cousin of his that went to our high school that it was true.
Dealing With Mental Health Inside The Prison System
This episode is about mental health awareness when it comes to the prison system. Also how prisoners or inmates get left behind when it comes to treating a mental illness. Why do healthcare systems in prisons let inmates fall through cracks when they're in need. They should have better resources for inmates such as medication management, therapy and rehabilitation centers in order to help them get back into society and regain control of their lives.

Letting old friends go that don't want to see you do good in life is a must. As a friend I chose boundaries over memories when it comes to friendships. However, jealousy and envy can ruin a relationship or a friendship and sometimes it's just how It ends and at the end of the day you have to be happy with the decision you made.
Black Men Suffering In Silence: Growing Up In Black Households
This episode is about black men struggling in the community and struggling to seek Mental Health help. Black households where always raised different, to were black men was raise different and to learn how to tell tough it out. However, in my opinion it left black men in a space to were they can't Express themselves freely and be honest and learning how to deal with childhood trauma.

Or people say oh you don't look sick so you should be able to work a full time job.Sometimes that's not the case because it hinders you from doing things and trying to explain a mental illness is even harder. Choosing To Let Go Of Toxic Friendships
This episode is based on holding on to toxic friendships and relationships. They will drag you down and miss use you and to be honest it mostly played on their insecurities. However, because of that situation I've learned to set boundaries and I've learned to forgive myself from mistakes that I've made with them or without them and just move on from it and take it as a lesson learned.
