A podcast for everything Swiss Super League, also known as the Brack Super League. As the world's longest continuous running top flight competition, there is much to see in this league. While it only boasts 12 clubs, these sides possess rich history and have had many superstars grace their ranks. I your host, a humble American with a passion for European football, will deliver analysis, news, results and some (probably poor) predictions centered mostly on the first division in the Swiss league pyramid. Zurich Derby Gives Winterthur Relegation Lifeline. Sankt Gallen Go 2nd and the SAFP lists their best XI
Grasshopper fall to Zurich as Winterthur top Lausanne. The relegation race is still alive and well. Luzern and Servette play to a 3-3 draw white Young Boys batter Basel. Finally, Thun lost another match to Sion, Sankt Gallen won at Lugano to grab a firm hold of 2nd place, and the Swiss Association of Football Players named their best XI of the tournament.
Thun Are Champions!
FC Thun secure their first major trophy by winning the Super League. They had to wait for Sankt Gallen to fall to high flying Sion, but the new Swiss champions have finally made history.
Sion Make History as Thun Title Put on Hold
Sion won away at Basel for the first time in Brack Super League history. Meanwhile, Thun lost home to Lugano and Sankt Gallen won at Young Boys to hold off the title celebrations for another week. Elsewhere, Servette, Lausanne and Luzern all secured three points.
Cup Chaos and Thun Are One Win Away!
Stade Lausanne-Ouchy and Sankt Gallen will contest the Swiss Cup Final as Thun beat Basel to go within one match of securing their first title in club history. Saturday at 2:30 PM EST, home against Lugano, could be the historic match for Thun
End of the "Regular Season." Start of the Championship and Relegation Groups
Grasshoppers saw off Winterthur in a massive win for the Zurich club. Thun and Basel saw their match delayed while Sankt Gallen dropped vital points. Also, Lugano and Sion topped Zurich and Lausanne to grab three points each as Chris Bedia now takes pole position at the top of the scorers' table.
Switzerland's World Cup Prep and Half of Match Week 32
Switzerland played two critical friendlies for their World Cup developmental during the international break. They also learned their final group stage opponent thanks to a shocking upset. Round 32 is (halfway) done and previewing the Championship and Relegation groups
Dominant Luzern and Servette serve up the goals.
Servette ran wild over Grasshoppers with a 5-nil score line. Luzern grabbed their own impressive victory by dismantling Lausanne 4-0. Elsewhere, Basel and Zurich halted the runs of Winterthur and Thun. While, Young Boys/Lugano and Sion/Sankt Gallen played out to 1-1 draws. Lugano and Basel fade as Thun maintain their momentum at the top. Young Boys top Luzern at the midweek but lose this weekend. Winterthur inch closer to Grasshopper.
Super League out of Europe! Young Boys Capture Vital Late Win
Laussane became the final Swiss side knocked out of continental football as they fell at home to Czech outfit Sigma Olomuc. Young Boys picked up important points home against Zurich. Elsewhere, Thun continued their winning ways and Basel grabbed their first win in three weeks thanks to a brace from rising teenage star.

12 Super League matches were played this past week. The midweek matches kicked off Tuesday while the weekend matches wrapped up Sunday.
