Got the Morbs: An Oddcast

Our first-ever podcast taping with a live studio audience!

If you couldn’t make the live show at Vinyl Groove Records, not to worry: we’re releasing it as an episode!

You’ll hear about how bad Ivan was and how GREAT Paul Onions was!

This is the story of the Backpack Killer, one of Australia’s worst serial killers.

What happened to Theresa? You’re gonna need a beer (bier?) to make it through this twisty tale of crime and cryptids.

When a bizarre and brutal crime occurred in New River, Az, the small community of New River Bible Chapel was rocked. Why would someone target Pastor Bill? Was it one of their own? Had he crossed the wrong person? The truth was even stranger than anyone could have imagined.

Do you believe in fate?

What started as an ordinary day at work in 2008 turned into one of the most unusual experiences Erin has ever had.

This is a hard one. It is a tribute to a life gone too soon.

To Moody Boy: you mattered then, and you matter now. We hope you found the peace you were unable to find in this life.

If you or someone you know needs support, please call the suicide hotline at 988.

Imagine sifting through years’ worth of debris and possessions in an old, eccentric relative’s house and finding … a human body?! Hear the stories of Bruce Roberts, Shane Snellman, and the Collyer Brothers on this episode of Got the Morbs: An Oddcast.

We can all agree that relationships can be messy and complicated.

That seems like an understatement for this stranger than fiction story of love and betrayal.

Let’s go back to the 90s!

We certainly hadn’t.

As it turns out, medicine was once more of an art than a science. After this episode, you'll be eternally grateful that someone figured out that science part.

Got the Morbs takes on its first serial killer case (with an Ohio connection). This is one of the most brutal stories we’ve told to date - not just for the murders but for the prolonged torture these poor victims endured. This is the story of the Kansas City Butcher.

Once upon a time, in rural Massachusetts, a creepy, stinky teenage boy called Danny escalated from petty theft to stalking to triple homicide in the span of two years. This is his story.

A case with three gruesome murders and one twisted abduction from our home state of Ohio. We promise you’ll never look at a pile of crisp autumn leaves in the same way again.

P.S. We have an update on the Villisca murder bacon, courtesy of a patron and a former butcher we met at a bar recently. (It’s a little worse than we thought.)
