I also talk about what’s coming next: my plan to move into the Bridges housing program and what that transition could look like. The biggest piece right now is finding a temporary foster home for my cats before I can make that move, which has been weighing on me a lot.

I had an interview today that could change my life — a real chance at stability, housing, something better.

There’s just one problem: I can’t bring my cats.

This episode is a laid-back grocery haul and lifestyle update: smoothie experiments with a Hamilton Beach Personal Blender, fruit-heavy snacks (bananas, apples, oranges), frozen strawberries, frozen Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese cups. It’s been over a week since the last episode, so I’m easing back in—talking about the weather, eating healthier, and why I’ve started “burping” the air in my apartment every morning.
