Unforgiven 2008 was the beginning of PPVs starting to take on their own identity. This one being 3 separate championship scramble matches. One for the WWE, World Heavyweight, and ECW championships. Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels take their rivalry of the year to the next level with an unsanctioned match. Vickie Guerrero and The Undertaker go face to face in the ring. Cryme Tyme takes on Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase for the World tag titles. Divas title on the line between Michelle McCool and Maryse. 

Summerslam 2008 is one of my favorite PPVs I have watched in this series. You know it’s going to be an interesting show when the Raw and Smackdown main events do not involve the world champions. Edge and Undertaker fought in a Hell in a Cell match. Batista took on John Cena. CM Punk defended his world title against JBL. Triple H faced the great Khalil for the WWE title. Weekly review of all things WWE. 5 match Backlash is in the books. Several good matches. Emotional ending to Iyo and Asuka. Is Asuka's time in WWE done? Roman Reigns defended the World title against Jacob Fatu. Roman may have won the match but he was not the one left standing after. Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins finally have their grudge match with Bron going over. Trick Williams successfully defends the U.S title against Sami Zayn. Night of Champions 2008 where every title will be defended. Triple H faces John Cena for the WWE title. Edge defends the World title against Batista. One Night Stand 2008 where every match has a stipulation. The most memorable moment of the show was Randy Orton being thrown out of the ring by Triple H and legitimately breaking his collarbone. This was in a last man standing match for the WWE title. Undertaker faced Edge for the vacant world title in a TLC match. If Undertaker loses he is banished from WWE. Batista vs Shawn Michaels in a stretcher match. John Cena vs JBL in a first blood match and so much more on this show.

Judgment Day 2008 is shaping to be one of my favorite PPVs of the year. Edge vs Undertaker for the World title and Shawn Michaels vs Chris Jericho dominated the show. WWE title was on the line in a steal cage match between Triple H and Randy Orton. MVP issued an open challenge which Jeff Hardy answered. Judgment Day has finally turned on Finn Balor. Bayley wins the Women's IC # 1 contender gauntlet match and will face AJ Lee this upcoming Raw. Appears Giulia and Tiffany is the direction for the Women's U.S title at WM. Drew McIntyre attacked Jacob Fatu potentially building to a WM match.

WWE Backlash 2008 took place in Baltimore Maryland. WWE title was defended in a fatal four way elimination match between, Randy Orton, Triple H, John Cena, and JBL. World Heavyweight title was defended in a rematch from Wrestlemania Undertaker vs Edge. Chavo Guerrero battled Kane in another Wrestlemania rematch for the ECW title. Shawn Michaels was in a grudge match against Batista with special guest referee Chris Jericho. Also on the card Big Show vs Great Kahli, U.S title match MVP vs Matt Hardy, and a 12 Diva tag team match. 

Weekly review of all things WWE. 2026 Elimination Chamber is in the history books. Rhea Ripley and Randy Orton are going on to Wrestlemania. They are going to face Jade Cargil and Drew McIntyre. Jey Uso was attacked on Smackdown which prompted another # 1 contender match for the chamber. Logan Paul defeated Jacob Fatu. In the chamber the masked man costed Logan the match. Seth Rollins revealed himself as the masked man. AJ Lee wins the IC title from Becky Lynch. CM Punk survives Finn Balor. The mystery crate was the WWE debut of Danhausen.
