Penny McGee has sent some version of her letter to about 25 strangers — Christine Blasey Ford, Lady Gaga and anyone else who might listen. Lauren Malloy is the one who answers. Inside a famous Newport, R.I.mansion, Penny lays out the harrowing night she claims she was raped by “J.,” a member of the same exclusive beach club. Four decades later, J. buys a house a mile down the road from Penny and it triggers trauma she had tried to bury for decades. Never underestimate an alleged con artist. Just when you think their back is up against the wall and they have zero chances of escaping, they surprise you. California Post reporter Jeremy Louwerse has the dirty details drenched in 'human juice' of this constantly evolving criminal case against the Sugarbaby of Beverly Hills.

I sit down with a man who's spent HOURS with Sugarbaby Adva Lavie aka Mia Ventura and he's sharing some pretty disturbing stuff.

Adva Lavie (aka Mia Ventura) is engaged to marry a billionaire who's running for governor while she's working as a sugarbaby in Beverly Hills. But authorities say she's really a con artist scamming rich men posing as their girlfriends to rob them.

FYI this is the link to the incredible 'Holly Randall Unfiltered' interview of Adva Lavie aka Mia Ventura https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ygz_2Y-xF8

He's a billionaire running for Governor. She's a sugarbaby charged with scamming old rich men in Beverly Hills - and she's shockingly engaged to be married to the billionaire running for Governor. A trial date has not been set. But a wedding date has:)

There are scammers working at Facebook, X and Amazon who are intentionally nuking accounts for the purpose of taking bribes to reinstate them. It happened to TV producer Aliza Rosen and Bed Scrunchie inventor Jack Nekhala. And it's happening to thousands of people every day.

There are professional scammers working for tech platforms like Facebook and Amazon shaking customers down for money. Lots of money. And no one is doing a damn thing about it.

What would you do to own a Malibu beach house, a new Tesla and have $3 million dollars in the bank? Con artists are shapeshifters. They can appear in your life masquerading as many things. And back in 2017, Dr Mark Sawusch is convinced a former prom king (Anthony Flores) and a stunning Hollywood actress (Anna Moore) are saving his life. But in reality, they were scamming him to death.

He was a prom king oozing charisma and charm. She was a Hollywood actress staring in an Uma Thurman film. They wanted to be Hollywood's next 'power couple' and to make that happen, they target a vulnerable mentally ill man. They take his car. They take his house. And they scam him to death.

Sometimes the scammer is 'the good guy' exploiting a tiny loophole in a giant corporation's promotion designed to move their product off store shelves. And this promotion in particular backfires spectacularly - and our David in this David and Goliath story walks away with $800,000 in airline miles and becomes a folk hero to the 'little guys' all over the world. And the ultimate Godwink here is that this guy's name is actually David! (David Phillips)

Greg Williams was a successful tech entrepreneur living a quiet life with his family in a Fort Worth suburb. Until one night in 2011, when his whole world came crashing down. Greg had been shot in cold blood, as he lay sleeping in bed. His wife and business partner, Michele, called 911, alleging an intruder had fired the fatal shot. What really happened to Greg Williams, and who is responsible for his death? Join award-winning journalist Claire St. Amant as she re-examines the complicated murder investigation, where Greg’s case is only the beginning. Website: www.finaldaysonearth.com

A homeless man walks into a bar and scams a waitress out of $70,000. This is not the setup to a joke. This actually happened to a woman named Glenda Toews. And she wrote two books about it 'Spinning on a Barstool' and 'Spun' - you can get your copies here: https://glendatoews.com/

With his childhood friend Anna Dergan by his side, Erik continues to fight the seemingly insurmountable legal challenges that are poised to destroy him. Bogus domestic violence charges. A stalled criminal investigation into Cortney Baird's theft and abuse. And a conservatorship that enabled that theft and abuse and now seems to be protecting a scammer. Things do not look good for Erik Kramer. Not at all. But 'it's always darkest before dawn' and what happens next… no one sees coming.

In an incredible twist of fate, Erik suddenly starts regaining his mental faculties and quickly realizes Cortney induced him into marrying her and has been stealing from him for years. So he asks her to move out of his house. And tells her he wants a divorce. But Cortney doesn't leave. Instead, she calls 911 and claims Erik assaulted her. And all the sheriff's deputies, distict attorneys and judges involved - take her side.

Erik's friends and family get him placed under a conservatorship to protect him. They are told this conservatorship will oust con artist Cortney Baird from Erik's home. And from Erik's life. But all of a sudden, a court-appointed conservatorship attorney, who is charged with looking out for Erik's welfare, actually starts siding with con artist Cortney Baird. And he begins to make the case to an LA County judge that Erik's family and friends are the real scammers that he needs protection from.

Erik's childhood friend Anna Dergan uncovers evidence that Cortney is stealing from Erik and reports her to the local Sheriff's office. But this crafty con woman hatches an evil-genius plan to escape prosecution and turn the legal system against Erik's friends and family.

While Erik is recovering from that gunshot wound to the head and has the mental capacity of a 6-year-old, a woman from his past suddenly reappears in his life offering to help. Red flag # 1 of every single con artist working today. At first she seems to have Erik's best interests at heart. But Erik's childhood friend suspects something sinister afoot.

Though Erik's mother and father meet and fall madly in love with one another, married life for the Karmers is unexpectedly fraught with tension and misery. Erik grows up, in a weird way, completely estranged from his mother. She raises him at arm's length and the two don't actually become close until the last year of her life when Erik is in his late 40's. And when his mother dies, it starts a chain of events that leads Erik to 'The Good Night Inn" with a gun in his hand and a headstrong determination to end his life.

Another force that profoundly shapes the breadth and depth of Erik's life is his father Karl Kramer. Karl was the visionary and sole architect of Erik's football career. All he ever wanted was for his son to go pro. And growing up, that singular focus and steadfast determination cost Erik enormously.

The path that leads Erik to try and end his life is circuitous and stricken with tragedy and depression. A dark turning point is the sudden and unexpected death of his 18 year-old-son Griffen.

"The pain of being alive" Erik battles crippling depression for decades. It starts during his tenure with the Chicago Bears, and continues throughout the rest of his NFL career and retirement. His condition is possibly attributed to CTE, a brain disease common amongst football players. But when Erik survives his suicide attempt, the last thing in the world his freinds and family are expecting is a devious con woman showing up out of nowhere and moving into Erik's home - under the guise of taking care of him.
