A married couple engaging in their favorite date night activities run across an old blue furisode hanging in an antique shop. She loves it, he loves her. And that’s when the nightmares begin!

A once proud ji- samurai family found shame in the American occupation during and after WW2, but nothing could compare to the only child, a beautiful and headstrong daughter falling in love with an occupier. This is the story of a mother’s unbridled vitriol and the unintended consequences of it being unleashed for decades and beyond.

He was called to assist in a family in turmoil well beyond their ability to cope. When he arrived, he couldn’t begin to fathom how that turmoil would possess his very being!
