We were very excited about this interview since if it wasn't for the FSPW training school, Tevin and Benny would have never met. On this episode, the man affectionately known as "Kozy" talks about how he got started as a trainer, the bumps (see what I did there?) in the road in the ever-changing world of indy wrestling, how he overcomes the negative feelings that try to hold him down, and betting on himself.

This week, Tevin and Benny sit down with Scott Bivens, a friend and former co-worker of Tevin's. Scott talks about his time in the U.S. Army, where he is rocked with a medical diagnosis; and his time after the Army, where his physical and mental health are challenged daily. He talks with us about his struggle with addiction, the toll it took on him, and his reasons to beat those addictions. During this interview, he is celebrating 33 days of sobriety, and as of the release of the interview has made it to 40 days.

This week for Mental Check Monday we sit down with a close friend of ours, Ms. Kate. She speaks candidly with us about several topics, including her daily struggles with MS and pain management, hip replacement surgery, bariatric surgery, and her struggles with fertility treatments. Ms. Kate really opens up about her life in a raw and emotional way, and gives an honest account of how her struggles, past and present, affect her daily mental health and how she helps herself stay positive, even in the darkest of times.
