For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “I myself will search for my sheep and look after them. As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep. I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness.”Ezekiel 34:11-12

Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “Because the great cedar towered over the thick foliage and because it was proud of its height, I gave it into the hands of the ruler of the nations, for him to deal with according to its wickedness. I cast it aside...”Ezekiel 31:10-11

This is what the Sovereign Lord says: “When I gather the people of Israel from the nations where they have been scattered, I will be proved holy through them in the sight of the nations. Then they will live in their own land, which I gave to my servant Jacob.”Ezekiel 28:25
