Men's Bible Study
The Grove Men’s Ministry equips men to live the life Christ has called us to. We meet regularly for Bible study, community service, and relationship building. In a world that is attacking manhood, we celebrate it. We are unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and are ambitious about serving Him in our homes, our jobs, our community, and our church.
Deuteronomy 27–28
In Deuteronomy 27–28, we'll consider the contrast between the fullness of God’s blessing and the emptiness of life apart from Him. Join us as we explore what it means to honor God, keep His Word close to our hearts, and live in a way that reflects His greatness. Ultimately, we’ll be reminded that our hope isn’t in perfect obedience, but in Jesus, who bore the curse for us.
Deuteronomy 22–26
What does it look like to live as God’s people? Join us as we explore Deuteronomy 22–26 and discover how God’s commands shape a people who love Him and love others. From caring for one another and pursuing integrity to honoring marriage and worshipping God, we see that His commands protect His people and form us to reflect His character.
Deuteronomy 16–21
What does it look like to love God and love our neighbors well? In our study of Deuteronomy 16–21, we explore God’s instructions for worship, justice, and the value of human life. These chapters not only remind us that God calls us to love Him. They also show us what that love looks like as we are called to treat others with justice, compassion, and a deep respect for every person made in His image.
Deuteronomy 12–15
What does it look like to love God through careful obedience? As we continue through Deuteronomy 12–15, we’re challenged to seek God’s will, offer our lives to Him, rejoice in His goodness, protect our hearts, show hospitality, care for ourselves, and forgive others. Join us as we consider what it means to give God our hearts, our lives, and our very best.
Deuteronomy 9–11
Let's dive into Deuteronomy 9–11 and consider the choice Moses places before God’s people: blessing or curse, life or death. We’ll reflect on our tendency to forget God’s faithfulness, the grace we receive through Christ, and what it means to faithfully live in the “land” God has given us. From worshipping Jesus to leading our families and sharing the Gospel, we’re reminded that God calls us to live faithfully right where He has placed us.
Deuteronomy 7–8
In Deuteronomy 7–8, we're reminded that God is holy, merciful, faithful, and worthy of our worship. These chapters challenge us to remember who God is, where His blessings come from, and how easily we can forget Him when life is going well. Join us as we look at what it means to live with gratitude, humility, and a heart that remembers the Lord.
Deuteronomy 5–6
What does it look like to live as people who have been redeemed by God? In Deuteronomy 5–6, we’re reminded that God’s commands aren’t simply rules. They show us what it looks like to live in relationship with Him and with one another. Join us as we explore what it means to hear, learn, obey, and love God, as we allow His Word to shape our lives, our relationships, and the way we live in community.
Deuteronomy 4
What happens when we start to forget God’s goodness? In Deuteronomy 4, we’re reminded that God’s commands are always for our good, there is no one like Him, and even when our hearts drift, He remains faithful. Let us consider what it looks like to guard our hearts, keep Christ first, and draw near to the God who never forgets us.
Deuteronomy 1-3
In this first lesson through Deuteronomy, we’re challenged to consider the direction of our faith journey and how our response to God’s Word shapes where that journey takes us.
As Moses prepares Israel to enter the Promised Land, he looks back on their years in the wilderness, reminding them of the consequences of unbelief and the victories that came when they trusted God. Their story reveals a powerful contrast: sin rejects what God wants to give, while faith receives what God wants to give.
No matter where we find ourselves today, God calls us t...
Fall Kickoff
This fall, we are studying the book of Deuteronomy! As we begin this study together, let’s prepare to behold our God, grow in His Word, and discover what He wants to teach us through Deuteronomy.
Revelation 22:6-21
As we close out our study of the Book of Revelation, this message challenges us to “live ready” for the return of Jesus. Using the simple example of checking a weather app to prepare for the day ahead, the teaching reminds us that believers are called to discern the times, hold tightly to God’s Word, worship Him alone, respond to His invitation for forgiveness and new life, and desire Him above everything else. This powerful message is both an encouragement and a warning — calling us to examine our hearts, remain faithful, and live each day prepared for the return o...
Revelation 21:1 - 22:5
This message begins with a powerful picture of standing in awe at the Grand Canyon, reminding us that some experiences are worth the early wake-up and the discomfort to truly see their beauty. In the same way, Revelation 21 points us to something far greater: the incredible future God is preparing, where He will dwell with His people and make all things new. It’s a vision of hope where pain, death, and sorrow are gone, and life with God is full, secure, and forever. But we’re also reminded that we’re living in the “in-between,” called to remain faithful a...
Revelation 19:11 - 20:15
This message takes a deep, honest look at the powerful imagery in Revelation 19–20, reminding us that following Jesus means understanding the full picture of who He is. Through both humor and clarity, it highlights three key truths: the importance of growing in theological depth, the certainty that Jesus is ultimately victorious, and the promise that sin and death will one day come to an end. While the passage may feel intense, it ultimately points to God’s justice, His offer of redemption, and the hope believers have in Christ’s final victory. Take some time to listen and be challe...
Revelation 17:1 - 19:10
This energetic teaching on Revelation 17–19 unpacks Babylon as a symbol of spiritual deception, moral compromise, and misplaced worship, while calling men to stay alert, tear down false securities, and remain faithful to Christ. With both urgency and hope, it points to the Lamb’s ultimate victory and the promise that God’s people are called, chosen, and kept by grace. We invite you to listen to the full message.
Revelation 15-16
Join us for a thoughtful conversation exploring Revelation 15-16 and the powerful imagery of the seven bowls of God’s wrath. In this teaching, longtime church member Tom Brown shares his passion for Revelation and explains how the book points to God’s justice, patience, and ultimate victory over evil. Even in the difficult passages of judgment, the message of hope remains clear: Jesus is on the throne and in the end, He wins. Listen to this discussion to deepen your understanding of Revelation and be reminded why the Gospel is such good news!
Please note: Due to a...
Revelation 6:1 - 8:1
In this teaching, we step into Revelation 6:1-8:1. With humor, real-life stories, and clear explanations, the message helps us move from confusion and fear to clarity and confidence as we learn what “apocalypse” really means, why Revelation can be hard to understand, and how Christians throughout history have approached it. Most importantly, we’re reminded that beyond all the symbols and debates, the central focus of Revelation is not chaos or judgment, but the overwhelming greatness, power, and worth of God.
Revelation 4-5
Step into the throne room with us this week as we open Revelation 4-5 and behold a breathtaking vision of glory, honor, and praise — all directed to One. In a world that constantly demands our applause — athletes, influencers, politicians, even ourselves — this passage reorients our hearts to the only throne that truly matters. God is seated in power. The Lamb who was slain is worthy. Heaven is not confused about who deserves worship. The question is: are we? Listen and be reminded that Jesus is not only worthy of our praise but also worthy of our trust, and discover what i...
Revelation 2-3
What does Jesus actually see when He looks at His church? In this message from Revelation 2-3, we’re invited to listen carefully as Jesus speaks to seven real churches and, through them, to us. With honesty, grace, and urgency, He calls His people to hold fast to what is good, repent where compromise has crept in, and remember that He alone is worthy. This teaching isn’t about perfection — it’s about ears that are willing to hear, hearts that are ready to repent, and lives that are still open to being changed by the Gospel.
Revelation 1:9-20
This message from Revelation 1 invites us to trade our small, incomplete pictures of Jesus for a bigger, truer vision of who He really is. As John encounters the glorified Christ — radiant with power, authority, and holiness — we see how an accurate view of Jesus overwhelms us, humbles us, and ultimately fills us with hope. For a church facing suffering and for believers navigating everyday struggles, this vision reminds us that Jesus is not small or distant; He is reigning, present with His people, holding all things together, and caring personally for each one of us. Seeing Jesus clearly changes ever...
Revelation 1:1-8
What keeps us going when faith gets hard and following Jesus feels costly? In this teaching from Revelation 1, we’re reminded that God knows our tendency to lose motivation, and He meets us with a powerful vision of who Jesus really is. Revelation pulls back the curtain to show us a Savior who loves us, freed us by His blood, calls us into purposeful faithfulness, and is coming again to reign. This message isn’t meant to intimidate or confuse, but to encourage weary believers to stay faithful because it’s worth it. Listen and be reminded why Jesus is wor...

2 Thessalonians 3:6-18
As we conclude our study of 2 Thessalonians, we're reminded of what it means to live as a blessing for the sake of the Gospel. With stories of gratitude, family, and faithfulness, we look to Paul’s challenge: to contribute, serve, and influence others for good. Join us for this encouraging final study as we celebrate what God is doing through our men, our work, and our church — learning how to live in a way that lifts others and honors Christ.
2 Thessalonians 3:1-5
This week’s message dives into real power — not the kind the world chases, but the power of God Himself. From Paul’s words in 2 Thessalonians 3:1-5, we’re talking about the strength that comes through prayer, the unstoppable spread of the gospel, and the faithfulness of God to protect and provide for His people. If you’ve ever wondered how to pray with confidence or how God works through your struggles, this one’s for you. Listen and be reminded that the Lord is faithful and still moving with power today.
2 Thessalonians 2
We’re diving deep into 2 Thessalonians 2 and exploring one of Scripture’s most compelling themes — the end times. As we connect the dots between Genesis, Revelation, and Paul’s words to the persecuted church, we’ll see how God’s plan unfolds from beginning to end. This session explores the concept of the “man of lawlessness,” the rise of deception, and how we can live with confidence grounded in God’s truth. Join in to see how every piece of the puzzle points us to the unshakable hope found in Christ’s return.
2 Thessalonians 1
Join us for this week’s message as we dive into 2 Thessalonians 1 together. The teaching begins with a powerful story that draws us into the experience of the early church — a community facing pressure and persecution yet growing stronger in faith, love, and endurance. Through Paul’s words, we’re reminded to encourage one another, pray for one another, and trust that God is at work even when life feels hard. Don’t miss this message of hope and perseverance.
1 Thessalonians 5:12-28
In this week’s Bible study, we wrap up 1 Thessalonians 5, focusing on verses 12-28, with a powerful reminder of what it looks like to live as brothers and sisters in Christ. Through Paul’s heartfelt words, we’re encouraged to honor our leaders, live at peace with one another, show patience, and reflect God’s love in all we do. Join us as we explore how to “remember who we are and who we represent” as members of God’s family.
1 Thessalonians 5:1-11
You're invited to join us for an encouraging message about Jesus' return. We'll explore what the Bible really says about "the Day of the Lord" and why we don't need to fear it or obsess over when it will happen. Through 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11, discover why Jesus kept the timing a mystery, how to live alert and ready without anxiety, and the hope we have as "children of light." This is a refreshingly honest talk — no prophecy charts, just biblical truth delivered with warmth and humor. Whether you're curious about end times or need reassurance about Christ's return, come hear wh...
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
Sports can stir deep emotions — wins that lift our spirits, losses that leave us grieving. But what about when the stakes are higher than a season or a scoreboard? Paul wrote to the Thessalonian church about something far weightier: how to face the grief of losing brothers and sisters in Christ. His encouragement points us to hope that doesn’t disappoint — the hope we have in Jesus’ death, resurrection, and promised return. This week, we’ll walk through 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and discover what it means to grieve not as those without hope, but as those anchored in Christ’s unshakable p...
1 Thessalonians 4:1-12
Join us as we explore what it means to live a life of sanctification — being set apart and consecrated to God — through Paul's teaching in 1 Thessalonians 4:1-12. We'll discover how sanctification, holiness, pleasing God, and doing His will are all interconnected, and examine practical applications for both personal purity and community living. Learn how holiness is not just an individual struggle but a community activity that impacts both fellow believers and the watching world around us.
1 Thessalonians 3:11-13
Join us as we explore Paul's powerful prayer for the Thessalonian church and discover three key areas to focus our prayers on: asking God to provide godly leadership for our faith journey, praying for an increase in our capacity to love both our church family and everyone around us, and seeking strength in holiness as we prepare for Christ's return. Through Paul's example of persistent prayer despite obstacles, we'll learn how prayer allows us to invest in others' lives even when we can't be physically present. Whether you're looking to deepen your prayer life, grow in love, or fill...
1 Thessalonians 2:17 - 3:10
Ready to discover your role in God's global mission? In our study of 1 Thessalonians 2:17 - 3:10, we're exploring three powerful truths about advancing God's kingdom: it's a team effort, it will face opposition, and it's an invitation to greater joy. Paul's passionate heart for unreached peoples challenges us to move beyond comfortable Christianity and ask hard questions: "Is the enemy intimidated by your faithfulness? Who's your team in reaching the lost around you? What "resume" will you present to Jesus when you see Him face to face?" Join us as we learn how stepping out of our comfort zones to...
1 Thessalonians 2:1-16
In our study of 1 Thessalonians 2:1-16, we discovered how Paul made an incredible impact - not through perfect sermons, but through his godly lifestyle. Paul showed that the Gospel is always on display through our speech (sharing God's truth), our actions (nurturing and encouraging others), and our hard work (laboring for the kingdom). Just as Paul's conduct left a lasting impression, we're challenged to consider: Who has God placed in your life to share the Gospel with, and how are you putting Christ on display through your daily life?
Join us for this powerful study as we...

What makes a church worth thanking God for? Join us as we explore the timeless characteristics that marked the Thessalonian church—a small but faithful community that left such an impact, their testimony echoed across neighboring cities. Join us as we explore what it truly means to "bear fruit" in our spiritual lives. When we focus on our relationship with Jesus rather than just trying harder, we naturally develop love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Don't miss this transformative teaching that will help you recognize the spiritual barometer of your soul and learn practical ways to...
