turn inside, pay attention to whom "You" are,
is all one can do anyway, for is it not one's perceptions which paint our pictures of Life (?)
then, expand your horizons, increasing one's perspectives,
living a fuller Life.

Most likely, many come to meditation like this, I did.
Yet, who was there to guide you (?) Where could you learn (?) Who could you trust (?)
It's been a problem, but it is mentioned sporadically through scripture and wise phrases, directions which with practice become increasingly clear. The answers of "How do we overcome these basic stumbling blocks to our future," are surprisingly simple.

funny, yesterday's title must of scared People, it is not necessarily easy to making the commitment to foster positive change in One Self. No one with experience would say differently, for firstly, understanding how one could stand in another's shoes, when we know we are all different. Haltingly, at Best, which in actuality is Best.
Rome, and anything else for us Homo sapiens seems to be built best by repetition, focus, and concentration. It is we are a little beset by multiple opportunities, and so find our Selves, a little scatter brained and hard headed, needing to utilize "mindful" tools to help and accelerate our growth, behavior, our Reality in which we Live. It is this Way, Ponder.
So, knowing this, we need be honest, authentic with our thought & action, to. realize our Truth. Be-ing Receptive to & Accepting of our Lackings and
