The Do's and Don'ts of race week
Happy season finale, friends!
To celebrate, we’ve got the incredible Issie Hume to co-host this episode with Anna! You may remember her from episode's prior but she will be toeing the line this weekend in the Melbourne Marathon and trying to beat her PB of 2:38 (the gal knows how to RUN!!!)...... How to (actually) listen to your body
Happy Monday!!
This week (on what may be the last episode this season), we take allll our lessons from pregnancy/post partum and share five of our lessons on how to *actually* listen to your body that are hopefully helpful to all runners.
The Weekly Waddle also rears its head for possibly the last time as we discuss some super cool new research on one of the biggest mysteries of childbirth: what actually kicks off labour?!?!

Welcome to a new week friends
A crappy topic… but one we simply can’t ignore.
By now you’ve heard of Joanna Wietrzyk, an Aussie Hyrox athlete who soiled herself at a world championship in Beijing last weekend… and the major backlash that followed suit.
In this episode, we unpack whether the hate was warranted, if it was blown out of proportion, and compare the incident to other endurance sports.

The fine line between inspiring and demotivating
Good morning, cheeky listeners!
On today's show, we explore the line between when running achievements and content go from being inspirational to demotiviating, particularly in the pre and postpartum space.
Watching someone run a sub-3-hour marathon at 32 weeks pregnant is INCREDIBLE – so why do we feel the need to compare ourselves?
We also celebrate Australian Cam Myers' 1500m Diamond League final win and play a fun game guessing the top 10 best running cities in the world!!!
