This episode is where the mechanics meet the mind — learning to see the ball early, trust your rhythm, and slow the game down.

Episode 4 — “The Hands, The Barrel Path, and Controlling the Bat Through the Zone” — is where the swing really comes alive.

We will discuss The Hands, The Barrel Path, and Controlling the Bat Through the Zone. Goal: Teach hitters how the hands and barrel work with the body — not separately — to create a clean, efficient swing. Reinforce control, direction, and barrel awareness. End with a verse about perseverance and faith through struggle.
