Kimberly Konzal is a newly baptized Orthodox Christian who started a non-profit organization called Iatrogenic Research Alliance. The organization is dedicated to facilitating research into acute and protracted withdrawal from psychiatric drugs, starting at the cellular level. After struggling to implement the ketogenic diet as a treatment for mental illness for a long time I have finally started having some success. In this episode I explain how intermittent fasting, time spend following the diet, and lowering my medications have helped me get my ketone levels up into the therapeutic range.
