This week, former NFL player Brandon Marshall posted a video of him teaching his son a lesson for not listening. In the video you see 11-year-old Zi running at 2 am as Marshall drives along, telling him that discipline correction is good. The video sparked strong debate with many saying the public shaming is embarrassing and harmful to his son, while others applaud Marshall for teaching his son discipline.

So many people are skeptical of the love story that brought us to tears last night: watching Bryce and Trinity reuniting after pining away for one another in Casa Amor.  Come on, how could they each fake those tearful confessionals apart?  How could they know what the other was feeling or thinking,  and when would they have had a private space to come up with a plan?  Nah, we believe in their slow burn friendship turned romance and we are rooting for them to the very end.

We were all hoping it wouldn’t come to this, K.C. leaving Aniya, in tears for another woman.  And not just any woman,  Titi is in the villa now, and she seems ready to leave her mark.  Amy asks T.J. on behalf of all the confused women watching Love Island, why in the hell would K.C. dump beautiful, sweet, smart Aniya for a sassy woman he just met three days ago?

During last night’s recoupling, we saw the girls each praise the Casa Amor man they coupled up with, some even saying they were the “perfect man.”  Then we heard Melanie, Kayda and Aniya all criticize the boy they had been coupled up with, talking about the hurt and distrust they felt for them.  But when decision time came, they all dumped the nice guys, the men who they said all made them feel seen and validated.  Amy and T.J. talk about why it seems, nice guys always finish last.

TMZ is reporting that it has authenticated a new note received today by the same person who has contacted the organization multiple times following the abduction of Nancy Guthrie.  In the latest note, TMZ says the author claims there were two kidnappers and that he has video of the “main guy” with Nancy on the day that she died.  He claims to have pictures, names, addresses all stored on a cell phone that he will make available to them in exchange for 1 bitcoin.

The Department of Justice has until next week to produce several emails and documents with the names of potential Epstein co-conspirators revealed.  An independent journalist sued the DOJ to have access to the blacked out names, saying the government is still trying to protect “the very powerful and the very rich.” The ruling states the DOJ has to either produce the unredacted document by July 2nd or explain why the redactions should not be removed. Among the group of documents ordered released, the FBI notes from the unverified allegations of assault by one woman against Trump.

Authorities have arrested and charged former Vegas youth pastor David Vander Meer with first degree murder for the 2006 death of his wife Bernadette. According to police, David and Bernadette were on a sunrise anniversary hike in Zion National Park when Bernadette fell 1200 feet to her death. It was initially ruled an accident, but now prosecutors say they have evidence that Vander Meer pushed his wife off that cliff to be with one of his youth group members and collect nearly $600,000 from a newly purchased life insurance policy.

33-year-old Michelle Zajko has been charged with murdering her parents on her 30th birthday: New Year’s Eve 2022. The body of 39-year-old personal trainer Elena Moore was discovered nearly a week after she went missing, and now a full week later, police still don’t have any answers into how or why Moore died.  Preliminary autopsy results show no physical trauma and did not reveal a cause of death. Also, several cryptic social media posts made by Moore in the months and weeks leading up to her death suggest she was suffering a painful heartbreak, although police have said Moore’s husband, who reported her missing, is not a person of interest in her death.

74-year-old Dusty Ray Spencer is scheduled to die by lethal injection on Thursday, which will make him the oldest man ever executed in the state of Florida. Spencer’s attorneys have made a last ditch appeal to the Supreme Court, citing cruel and unusual punishment towards a 74-year-old man suffering from significant medical conditions. Spencer was convicted for the 1992 brutal stabbing and beating death of his wife Karen in front of her teenage son. Several news outlets are reporting that law enforcement sources say a second ransom note sent to a Tucson television station claimed that 84 Nancy Guthrie was dead.  In the note, the kidnappers reportedly said they did not mean to kill her, but that she died soon after being abducted.  According to authorities, the FBI and police believe the notes were authentic and from Guthrie’s kidnappers.  TMZ is also revealing the contents of the notes they received, where the author clearly states, “time is no longer of the essence.”

The Mississippi family of a one year old boy shot and killed by police is asking for the release of the officer’s body cam footage, as well as the dash camera and store surveillance video. Police maintain little Kohen Wiley’s mother and her friend were trying to get away in their vehicle after a shoplifting call when the car veered towards the officer who fired the fatal shots. A French journalist has been suspended for criticizing Belgian soccer star Jeremy Duko who announced he may miss a World Cup game in order to be with his wife when she gives birth to his first child. After Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni called President Trump a liar for saying she begged to have a photo with him, Trump doubled down and fired back over the weekend. Trump suggested Meloni was trying to be friends with him to get her “numbers up.” Meloni responded on social media with a message for Trump, calling his constant, unprovoked attacks, senseless. In a bizarre turn of events, President Trump announced that Park Police have arrested “multiple individuals” for vandalizing the Reflecting Pool on the National Mall. Among them, a three-time Olympian who says he stopped at the site just to have a look. Trump even named ABC veteran reporter Jonathan Karl of trying to rip the rubber off of the surface of the pool, saying he was caught with his hand in the water, Huh? Trump also claims vandals used a blade to gash the facade and poured chemicals in the pool to destroy the color.
