15. Navigating relationship anxiety & relationship OCD
In this week's episode, I open up about my struggles with relationship anxiety, also known as relationship OCD (ROCD). I haven't been diagnosed with OCD, so I prefer to call this relationship anxiety instead. I open up about my biggest struggle in my relationship and how a person with a more anxious attachment style often approaches romantic relationships. I share how difficult it is to have a mind that works in this way, as well as how difficult it is on the partners of people who struggle with this. I conclude by offering some tips on how to navigate...
14. Stay-at-home mom struggles & tips for mindfulness
This week's episode is a bit hectic. It's about the reality of the everyday life of motherhood, specifically moms who are at home most of the time. I begin by mostly complaining. I don't ever really complain on this podcast because I want it to be a place people can go to for positivity, but I also think it's important to talk about the hard parts of life. I still end on a positive note, though. I share ways to be more present with your kids and start your day on a more positive note.

13. Interior design for black and white thinkers & neurodivergent people
This week's episode is pretty short because we have been so busy all spring, especially with moving. I also talk about how black and white thinking has affected the way I worry about my design choices and allowing others to help me when I need help.

12. My personal spiritual journey
This week's episode is about my own personal religious and spiritual beliefs and relationship to God. I talk about how I am more of a spiritual person and less religious because there are a lot of religious beliefs that I disagree with. I believe that we are all divine beings meant for greatness, and we aren't doomed to go to hell if we question God and what we've always known. Humans are here to question because that's how we learn and grow. I think every single human being is put on this planet for a reason, and we need...
11. Becoming emotionally mature & learning to manifest through self-discovery
In this week's episode, I begin by discussing what emotional intelligence and empathy look like. I also share why some people are less emotionally mature than others and how a huge part of emotional intelligence is being kind to those who are emotionally immature. Then, I start talking about manifesting and how we can manifest our lives by simply believing what we want to be true. I end the episode by giving some tips on emotional intelligence and manifesting the life you want through self-discovery.

10. I'm so tired of the current culture of mom shaming
In this week's episode, I discuss my concern for the current parenting community, especially for moms. I discuss why I believe the rising trend of "let's bring shame back" is one of the main causes of bad parenting. This is because struggling parents are afraid to open up about their problems due to the fear of being rejected. This issue has always existed, but it has been heightened by social media, which has become a huge part of our daily lives. Finally, I discuss ways to build a healthier community by improving ourselves and how we interact with others.<...
9. Learning to say no to what doesn't align with you
This week's episode is about staying true to your values and saying no to whatever doesn't align with who you are and want to be. That could mean saying no to hangouts with people who make you feel uncomfortable, going out when you're emotionally drained, or when you feel yourself going for things that don't align with your personal goals. I aim to be non-judgmental with this episode because I know how hard saying no can be, especially for chronic people pleasers. I hope this episode aids people like me in creating their dream life without harsh expectations.
<...8. Finding authenticity & personal style after a period of self-hatred
This week's episode is very personal and vulnerable. The first thing I discuss is some personal growth goals I have recently focused on. 6. Divine feminine energy vs divine masculine energy in romantic relationships
This episode is the second part of last week's episode on relinquishing control in relationships, particularly romantic ones. In this episode, I explore the dynamics created by divine couples and the differences between divine feminine energy and divine masculine energy. The key to building an incredible romantic relationship and encouraging your partner to embrace their masculine side is to connect with your divine feminine. Embracing your divine feminine and allowing yourself to be "selfish" can enhance your life and positively impact the lives of everyone around you.

5. Eelinquishing control in your relationships to create a more fulfilling life

This episode asks the question, "Are you controlling in your relationships?" This episode does not aim to criticize people who are controlling, but rather to educate them about how to relinquish control to enrich their lives. Having autonomy is an incredibly important thing to all of us. We can feel powerless and as if our lives are in constant chaos without it. So, it's only human nature to gain that autonomy through controlling what's around us. The problem is that many of us aren't unaware that doing this is one of the fastest ways to make our lives miserable...
4. Opening up about my anxiety disorder & how I am learning to overcome it

In this episode, I open up about my life-long struggle with anxiety and panic attacks. I share what daily life as a highly anxious person looks like and how femininity and motherhood have helped me overcome it. You are not alone if you suffer from anxiety, and anxiety is completely normal! The good news is that you don't have to live with anxiety for the rest of your life. Just like any other life struggle, you can overcome it by showing yourself love and compassion and understanding what to tap into to heal your wounds.

3. Ignoring social expectations: creating what you love & putting yourself first

In this episode, I discuss two ways in which we should reject societal expectations. My first point is about creating what you love and how the world we live in today forces us to sacrifice our creativity. Then, I discuss how society expects us to put others first when what we really need to do is put ourselves first in order to give to others authentically. You will enjoy this episode if you are tired of a society that does not value you but still expects so much.

In this episode, I discuss how to connect with your soul. Self-care will make you more satisfied and content in your daily life. You will learn more about what makes you happy if you allow yourself to express your desires. Once you get rid of everything that doesn't bring you joy, your home will be filled with everything that makes you happy. Your physical and mental well-being will improve when you are present in the moment. By doing all of these things, you will feel more connected with your higher self.

my struggles with motivation, perfectionism, & insecurity
This episode is very much a yap session. I discuss my struggles with motivation and perfectionism. I talk about the difficulties I've had with insecurity and insecurities that were created due to growing up undiagnosed autistic. I speak about regrets I have as someone who has been a podcaster for over a year and how perfectionism, insecurity, and a loss of motivation have affected my mental health and my podcast in general. This episode is all over the place and I get off-topic a lot, but it's a good one with an important message.

In this episode, I share my preterm birth story that occurred at 34 weeks gestation and my experience having a baby in the NICU while also having autism and ADHD. I talk about the struggles of motherhood, mom guilt, neurodiversity, and a little bit about how motherhood is going for me.
