I decided to have my own brother, wadih Jreidini, on the show and have a heart-t0-heart with him. We talk about our childhood and our relationships, and of course we had to make a stop at the four books Wadih has published over the past ten years... I hope you enjoy this episode as much as we enjoyed recording it.<...

On Bridgerton S3: Does Penelope Deserve to Find Love with Colin?
#1
03/09/2025

In today's episode, I will take on the negative reviews given to Season 3 of the Netfix show, Bridgerton, those reviews that found Penelope undeserving of a whirlwind romance with Colin just because she is short and voluptuous and does "not look the part" of a typical heroine.

Of course, it won't be a podcast episode of mine if I did not infuse it with my personal experiences and obervations... so brace yourselves for a brutally honest reality check on the matter of weight and on looking different.

Ep31: What is Sexy?
#31
06/09/2024

Many of us confuse sexiness with physical beauty and sexuality, when in fact it is all about confidence and sensuality. In this episode, I expressly talk about the sexy man, as opposed to the sexy woman, to make that delineation clear. Listen up and enjoy your time!

Ep26: On Adoption
#26
01/19/2024

Adoption is a topic I care about profusely, so it was a joy preparing this episode for you. Ep25: On Unconditional Love
#25
01/11/2024

We generally feel that unconditional love is reserved for animals and divinity. How do we, as humans, experience unconditional love? How can we, humans, get out of the loop of conditional love? Listen on to fine out my take on the matter...

On another note, I would like to apologize to my listeners for the almost one month absence from this podcast. Believe me, it was not at all intentional, but sometimes glitches occur that derail us from our course, and in this case the glitch was purely technical, meaning that my laptop decided to die on...

Ep24: On Marriage - part two
#24
12/08/2023

What creates a successful marriage versus a dysfunctional one? Ep22: On Karma
#22
11/25/2023

I noticed that we tend to use the term 'Karma' rather loosely these days, and decided to create this episode where I trace back the word 'Karma' to its origins in India and Asia and compare it to the modern westernised concept of the word.

Ep 18: The Other
#18

Episode 17: On Humanity
#17
10/20/2023

This week's episode was definitely triggered by the war in Gaza. However, since this is not a political channel, the episode partly discusses humanity's response to the war through social media and protests. Of course, I am pro-peace and advocate only that for humanity.

Episode 16: Slowing Down
#16
10/13/2023

If you've read Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert, or watched the movie, then you are familiar with the Italian saying: Il Dolce Far Niente (the sweetness of doing nothing).
