The Crystal Kingdom, with Cara Bradley
This week I had the pleasure of speaking with Cara Bradley, who is a Reiki Master, crystal energy practitioner, and co-owner of the mineral shop Two Owls Limited. We cover a lot of ground, and our inspired conversation took us to many dimensions of who crystals are and what they do, from geologic forces, ancient civilizations, and modern-day metaphysical shops.

Guidance from Nature Spirits, with Dr. Steven Farmer
This week on the Inspired Being Podcast I had a lovely conversation with Dr. Steven Farmer. Steven is a psychotherapist, shamanic practitioner, author, and oracle card creator. He is well known in the shamanic community with his focus on communicating with animal spirits, which is what we spoke about today. Enjoy our conversation, which was aided by messages from Blue Jay, Kangaroo, and local first responders.

All About Astrology, with Alec Senese
"I don't think astrology really is something that one believes in. It's something you know or you don't know like French or German." -Alec Sense
This week I had the pleasure of speaking with professional astrologer Alec Senese. I have known Alec for a few years, and I have always liked how well he grounds spiritual information into the day-to-day. I was inspired to have him on the podcast for this exact reason... but I had no idea where the conversation would go organically! We touched on topics including word origins, masculine and feminine energies, and the...

This week I had the pleasure of speaking with Emily Schneider, LMFT. Emily and I discuss the important dynamics between practitioner and client, and how our clients reflect us as practitioners. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Emily shares more about what that work entails, debunking some...

Clear Your Self!
We continue our conversation about clearing in this week's episode as we talk about clearing your self! We bring our different backgrounds and perspectives to the topic and explore whether things are actually "cleared" or simply readjusted, and some very simple (and free!) things you can do on your own to clear / adjust your own energy if you're feeling off.

Clear Your Space!
As we enter the holiday season, it is common to have many people in and out of your space, and for you to travel to places which are not your home. In this week's conversation, we discuss what it means to "clear" a space - both to get it ready for you when you visit and for to reset it to you after others leave. Though Dave comes from a stronger background with energy work and Liz from psychology, we "align" our energies to this seasonally-appropriate.
