The tennis guy also offers sage advice for Eddie after walking off the course and his subsequent decision to take on a coach. There's a review of the Nexo Championship where Scott Jamieson took the title and Shaun Norris was victim of the ruling that few people had heard of. This week Eddie reveals the tale behind his missed cut in Denmark, struggling with illness but still finding something to give him encouragement moving forward. There is quite the achievement at the US Amateur to discuss as Jack Whaley provides a rare British win, while Scottie Scheffler ends his drought with a flood of birdies in Memphis. At the same tournament Rory McIlroy's form gives him cause for concern and we prepare ourselves for the dream pro-am line-up in Aberdeen.

Plenty to discuss this week and a slightly different trio to do so as Iain jets off for the USPGA, so Andrew and Eddie are joined by Chris Wood, whose return to form continued with a victory in Italy on the Hotel Planner Tour. This week two become three again as Iain returns from his travels to tell us that he's going travelling again, but also to join Andrew in asking Eddie if he thought he should have made more of an effort in getting to Kenya. Reasons to be cheerful this week. Not - you will be unsurprised to hear - from Andrew, but from Eddie who, despite a tough final round on the greens of Fancourt is bullish about his form. The two of them discuss that, as well as an incredible performance from Anthony Kim providing LIV, for all their millions spent, with their greatest story.

Still just a two-ball this week where Eddie reflects - in a surprisingly positive way - about his MC in the Qatar Masters and he and Andrew both wax lyrical about the golfing talents of Patrick Reed who, having defected from the Saudi Arabian collective, simply romps around the rest of the Middle-East.
