How far will we go for beauty? How deep and dear is the costs?  We dig in to a genuinely gruesome history — lead face paint, arsenic wafers, radium perms, and an electric corset that promised to cure your "hysteria." We dig into how beauty has been poisoning people for centuries, then bring it into the present with looksmaxxing, bone smashing, and the new horror of AI dysmorphia — patients bringing AI-edited selfies to plastic surgeons and asking to look like a face that was never real.

This week Matty & Andrew are boarding up the windows and sitting with the most primal fear of all — the sky itself turning against you.
