Join Sage as she visits with brothers Luke and Jaden about the Brazos Burnout, a mountain bike race held in Brazos, NM, as a fundraiser for the Taos Field Institute.  Jaden and Luke are young mountain bikers who are hosting, preparing, and supporting the race in the beautiful mountains overlooking the Brazos cliffs.  They discuss with Sage the race and the community around the race, along with why they do this race as a fundraiser!  Listen to this fun interview to see what this cool race is all about!

2026 NMSU Youth Ranch Management Camp at the CS Ranch

Host Sage Faulkner is out at the NMSU Youth Ranch Management Camp and visits with Dr. Frannie Miller, Tom Dean, Sarah McKenzie and several youth participants.  Ranch Camp has been a youth program for 15 years and the weeklong program lets kids get a hands-on experience on a working ranch while they learn many business aspects and prepare team business plans for judging at the conclusion of the program.  

The student participants interviewed for this podcast demonstrate just how bright the future is for agriculture!
