Wild Life Unschooling

Two weeks after my ayahuasca ceremony marathon in the jungle and the integration is blowing my mind… from no more cravings to smelling snakes, seeing people’s true intentions in one glance, lucid dreams on steroids, and so much more! This deep inner unschooling is showing me how to stay real, present, and connected. That’s the real unschooling. That’s what I’m taking with me from this jungle journey.

This week I'm taking you deep into the Amazon, where my son, our animals, and I moved in with a family we had just met to learn about healing, jungle medicine, and the parts of ourselves most people spend their whole lives avoiding. If you've heard me say that unschooling starts with deschooling yourself, this episode is about exactly that: facing old wounds, working through trauma, and discovering what becomes possible when we stop running from the parts of ourselves that need healing.

I think we're all here for a reason, but most of modern life is pulling us away from discovering what that reason really is. Soul-led education is about helping our kids stay connected to themselves, think independently, become un-fuck-withable and follow their own mission instead of spending their lives running someone else's program.

In this episode, I share a day in our life in a small village in the beautiful Amazon, from jungle walks and seeing monkeys every morning to boat rides, village routines, and so much more. It’s a glimpse into our unschooling life here and the way I experience all of it with a looot of appreciation and love for what’s around us :)

I joined a conversation on regenerative education as a guest, and it was refreshing to be part of a space where people are seriously questioning the current schooling system (how could you not).
