This week Chelsea was joined by incredibly talented celebrity chef and cake artist Natalie Sideserf! Natalie creates 100% edible hyper-realistic cakes, that even after watching her make, you cannot believe is cake! In this episode Chelsea and Natalie discuss how Natalie got into cake artistry, some of the tricks of the trade, and how difficult it is to make a cake of your own head!

Ever wondered what your pet is thinking? This week’s guest Alexis Devine knows! Alexis has trained her beautiful two year old Sheepadoodle, Bunny, to communicate using speech buttons. Not only can Bunny say when she wants to go outside, play or eat, but she can also tell Alexis about her dreams, emotions, and even when she is in pain. In this week’s episode, Chelsea talks to Alexis about training Bunny, how it has shaped their relationship, and the 7 million followers they have gained on TikTok!

After a few months of hiatus Loud and Seemingly Confident is back and off to a buzzy start with Brisbane Meliponit (Stingless Beekeeper) Sarah Hamilton! In this episode Chelsea and Sarah discuss some weird and wonderful facts about native Australian stingless bees (including an explosive reproductive cycle), what being a beekeeper entails and Sarah’s experience with the rare disease HNPP (hereditary neuropathy with a liability to pressure palsies).

In 2018 Lucy Graham and Mathilde Gordon of Passage Adventures spent three months kayaking the 2042km of the Inside Passage, from Alaska to Vancouver Island. They did the entire journey single-use plastic free and raised over $20,000 for the Living Oceans Society and the Tangaroa Blue Foundation. In 2020, as part of their goal to raise awareness of marine plastic pollution and promote women in adventure, they also released Changing Tides a documentary of their journey, currently on tour with the Ocean Film Festival 2021!

Tessa Hansen-Smith is allergic to water. Yup. Water. Tessa has a rare chronic disease called Aquagenic Urticaria. This means she is not only unable to drink a glass of water or shower without extreme pain and other symptoms, but she is also allergic to her own sweat and tears, and other people!

Tessa joined Chelsea this week to talk all about her condition and how she has made changes in her life to try and live as waterless as possible.

In February 2020, Beck Mitchell represented Australia in the World Marathon Challenge where she ran 7 marathons, across 7 continents, in 7 consecutive days! In doing so she raised over $50k for suicide prevention!

This week Chelsea is joined by the wonderful Shelby Holland to talk all about her experience with endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome [pcos].

Endometriosis [aka endo] affects 1 in 10 people with uteruses, and often goes undiagnosed, being written off as regular period pain. Shelby talks about how she got diagnosed with endo and pcos, treatments, how it affects her day-to-day life, and what happened when an ovarian cyst burst during a work meeting.

Leah Melle has taken the internet by storm with her ‘Aggressive Self-Love Sundays’. Every Sunday she kicks down her bathroom door and gives advice or a (sometimes much needed) pep talk to her followers.

Leah joins Chelsea this week to talk about how she spreads positivity and self love on her platforms, whilst also avoiding toxic positivity, and what it’s like working in a lab focusing on infectious diseases during a global pandemic (cause she’s also a scientific badass).
