Jim and Todd talk about the Masters and where Rory might be considered among the greats of the game. Timberwolves get some great play at the end of the season from their young players. Where was this earlier in the season.

Jim and Todd talk about the Twins sweeping the Tigers. Mick Abel pitched well and a big hit for Brooks Lee. Rory started fast at The Masters, usually he doesn't. Does that mean he could make it back-to-back Masters titles. Kirk Cousins to the raiders is smart by both sides.

Jim and Todd talk about the Twins win on Wednesday night over the Tigers with Bailey Ober beating Framber Valdes. There is concern about Ober's velocity being down, but he was effective vs Detroit. Wolves are locked into the #6 seed and almost certain to match-up with Denver. Is Nikola Jokic playing for his legacy?

Jim and Todd talk about the Twins and Taj Bradley. If Bradley pitches this well all year, the Twins may have won last year's trade deadline. Tanking in the NBA in the spotlight again. A Masters preview, Jim doesn't think it's Scottie or the field, he names his players to watch. 

Jim and Todd talk about Michigan's national championship win. The Timberwolves are banged up, and Edwards knee issues are a real thing. He will play again this year, but could be diminished. The Twins are getting some production from the middle of the lineup, but some trying to hold onto their spot are struggling. It's Masters Week, who does Jim want to see in the Final pairing on Sunday.

Jim talks about how writers do column's in advance, and some times the timing isn't great when it gets released. The Timberwolves are heading for the #6 seed and will likely play Denver. High level basketball on display this weekend between the Spurs and Nuggets. The women's champion in UCLA is deserving, and perhaps the Lynx select their star player with the #2 pick in this month's draft. Jim and Todd like Michigan over UConn.

It's the home opener for the Twins, Jim and Todd try and seperate the team from the owners, which is hard to do for many. Todd says he is a former sufferrer of "Pohlad Derangement Syndrome." Jim said Edwards was ill for the Detroit loss and we have no reason to doubt that. He also doesn't care he will no longer be able to play in 65 games, which is a threshold for the All-NBA Team. Edwards might care. 

The WNBA has labor peace and the expansion and college drafts in the next two weeks. The Lynx have the #2 pick in a draft with only one sure fire star player. What's going on with Ant and missing the start of the game? It's more complicated for him before games than it is for any other player. Jim talks about the passing of Joey Browner.

Jim recaps the first four Twins games and what he saw. Ober didn't look great, neither did Abel. The ABS system continues to be the talk of baseball. Todd wonders what effect it may have on the umpires themsleves. The NFL may go with replacement officials with enhanced video review from league officials. That sounds like a really bad idea.

Jim and Todd talk about a last second win for the Wild. Great goal for Joel Eriksson-Ek. Who does Jim think is the best player in the American League? Ohtani is an obvious choice in the National League. Who would Jim prefer the Wolves play in the opening round of the playoffs, the match-up today would be the Nuggets.

Jim joins Todd minutes after the Twins season opening loss in Baltimore. If Joe Ryan pitches that way all season he will have a big year. Both guys like the ABS. Kept the game moving. Quite a comeback by the Timberwolves to beat Houston, with Mike Conley having a big role.

Jim and Todd continue their preview of the Twins season. Out of former propsetcs Royce Lewis, Brooks Lee, Matt Wallner and Austin Martin, who has the best chance to realize their potential this year. Luke Keashall could really be good, but will he stay at 2B? The Twins have about 8 starting pitchers, one or more could become a relief pitcher this year to help a thin bullpen.

Jim and Todd try to give Twins fans some hope and offer some advice about having expectations that are too high. Enjoy the game and the beautiful stadium and don't worry too much about the standings.

As bad as the Vikings handled their QB situation the last two years, it pales in comparison to the Falcons. Tua to Atlanta, how much sense does that make. Where will Kirk Cousins land? Is there a job for him at all?

Jim has had a change of heart regarding Kyler Murray being the Vikings next starting QB potentially. What would that mean for JJ McCarthy? Free agency begins this week.

Jim and Todd talk about the Timberwolves win over Toronto and Anthony Edwards amazing dunk. Jim previews what the playoffs may hold if the seeding in the West stands as it is right now. Twins have already sent top prospect Walker Jenkins to minor league camp, injuries holding him back. Where will Luke Keaschall play in the field?

Wolves and Wild have winning nights with their stars leading the way. Edwards goes for 40 and Randle played better coming off some previously undisclosed health issues. Wolves trade for Kyle Anderson he plays immediately. Wild trade for a huge defenseman. Are the Vikings really going to pursue Kyler Murray when he is released later this week.

Jim joins Todd and they talk about the Wild and the NHL Trade Deadline this Friday. Will they make a deal? There is a player that would fit a need at Center. Are we watching THE all-time great players for the Wild and Wolves?
