(cosmic) flow states w/ Amanda Barnett

In this episode I dive into my own solar return, the reset that comes with it, and the deeper astrological timing techniques that I use to put myself in a (cosmic) flow state. I share about the importance of shorter containers, what I look at, how I map things out and pull threads as well as some of the things that I’m doing to specifically work with Mercury and my 12th house year (bypassing the cookbook pop astrology traps).

In a standard 12th house year the danger is feeling helpless or passive—like things are happening to y...

I know you might be thinking this lady is obsessed with her dog. And I am. He is pure magic and he’s a really good example of medical astrology in general and the places it meets TCM and TCVM.

This morning on my walk I had a somewhat embarrassing epiphany. Despite studying TCM for 20 years I was missing a very real big piece of the thought process while trying to heal Gus’s digestive issues.

Despite changing his food more times than I can count I was not considering the energetics and what the temp...

I’ve been extra marinating in medical astrology as I build out a portal and training for The Collective and it is still one of my absolute favorite branches of astrology. It offers SO MUCH clarity, support, validation and practical action unique to you.

Every physician should understand + utilize medical astrology foundations.

It used to actually be a part of every medical practice in Hellenistic times and Carl Jung is now known for using it with his psychiatric patients.

I share a little bit around my own medical astrology, Neptune in the 6th, an...

This episode is an answer to a question I received on creating altars. Also in client work this week we were speaking about utilizing an altar astrologically to honor and connect to the energy you’re in which is a really fun and supportive thread to pull.

I share around the what, the where, the why, what it absolutely needs, why it can be an especially good living into the new paradigm practice right now, the astrology I would honor and some extra tips for the upcoming Samhain holiday.

Pardon my sniffles — but I hope you...

Over the past week or so I’ve injured myself a few times which made me think about my unique astrological signature that contributes to the part of me that can sometimes be clumsy while other times feel like I have the grace and control of Mr. Myagi.

The me that doesn’t always feel my body in space aka banging my head on every cabinet seemingly within a 2 foot radius. The kid who broke a ton of bones. The woman who poked herself fully in the eye with a Needle Agave this morning. 😂

I share a...

This is our final goddess/asteroid in our series. You can find the other Goddess/Asteroids we covered all available for you on the podcast. Let us know if you’ve enjoyed them as much as we have!

PSYCHE is a very important piece of your natal chart and feels like a particularly supportive thread for the times as we shift into a new paradigm. She is very much tied to our spiralic human journey and the work we’re here to do. She is an entrance to Self and how you develop into your own higher expr...

I wanted to share this throwback from an old Q+A on IG. I know it’s not Thursday (or 2010 for that matter) but for my fellow Generators it is a really aligned thing for you to revisit and reshare past still relevant content. And this one pulls a thread often ignored when Libra is discussed.

This is also a bit of a pod/blog crossover as I wanted to share some other intuitive threads we’ve pulled inside The Collective below —

We all have access to intuition, higher guidance, inner knowing and “psychic” abilities to varying...

I open this episode answering a question I had about The Threshold — my 1:1 immersion for the Autumn (doors closing this week). The Threshold is less information overload more felt transformation. Deconditioning, nervous system capacity, cosmic flow states, practical action and movement forward. This is about supporting you to step into the new paradigm and YOUR new paradigm. More details and secure your spot here.

Then I dive into Arcana 11 in Matrix of Destiny. The archetype of strength. I have this in both my focal spot in the health card for nervous system, voltage and full system calibration an...

quick announcement at the top because I got the intuitive hit to open up THE THRESHOLD but the latest start date is coming up on 9/20 so I want to make sure it’s out there and you know about it if you want to secure a spot. this is my very special 1:1 mentorship I only open up in certain seasons and I only take a small number so I can really invest in each of you. After leading the workshop on Matrix of Destiny in Collective membership and seeing the reactions and feedback I felt called to record another follow up audio. This is the first part of that audio (members can find the full audio in the MoD portal with additional musings around the generation lines and the only way I would work with AI — if you’re going to — for this system right now).

I wanted to share this wider especially after hearing a member say about the karmic tails that “it’s the easiest thing to google”. It is. But the vast maj...

When I reached out on Substack to see if anyone had any questions about the New Paradigm I received some great ones after we recorded my last episode. So I wanted to offer answers this week.

This episode dives into: an expansion on Hollywood and shifting industries, how the financial system will change and earning will shift, investing for the future, how we will tap into abundance in the new world, how your voltage is connected to manifestation + what you can do today to prepare for expansion and some serious abundance coming your way— including a specific th...

We are fully on the ride to a new world and we are also co-creating it in this moment and the next.

Mia Luciano of Mercado Sagrado and Jen Hampton of Spirited Treasure are back on the podcast — together this time — to talk all things New Paradigm. This is such a juicy convo that I hope will inspire and excite you for what’s to come.

We cover lots of topics including:

* GLP-1’s

* food in the future and feeling into changes

* med beds

* Hollywood

* the new...

I missed you. I mean I know I’ve been here rocking Feng Shui Summer but I missed sharing spontaneously (hello to all my fire) about other things — so in this episode I’m back in free flow with a bit of a ‘smörg’ around some things that have been bopping around in my mind… like the idea that as we move through these upgrades and into the new paradigm our bodies may be asking for different and the fact that it took me almost two full puppy years to get back to a morning that actually feels fully in my g...

We will be back next week with our regularly scheduled FENG SHUI SUMMER but this week I am sharing the third in our crossover podcast series ASTEROID X GODDESS. If you missed the other two you can go back and catch Ceres and Vesta.

Pallas Athene is a great listen — we talk about the mythology, the astrology, her tie to Godhead Minerva and hot topics like toxic feminism, the denial of the feminine, letting go of old stories, and the minds role in our overall wellbeing and ability to manifest.

Pallas Athene is one of th...

You could say I’m nomadic. I am. You could also say that I’ve been living with my parents for several years and I travel. I do. Both things are true. And a truth I would have never believed if you told me 10 years ago this is where I would be right now.

There are lots of feelings about that. But let’s go back a bit first...

This is a personal piece I wrote for Substack on what I've learned about "failure" and how the ways in which we define success will shift in the...

...and what to expect in the new world.

The world will not be the same on the other side of July. Whether it will feel climactic or the flick of a few dominos (or both) is hard to know.

This is an audio version of a piece I wrote for Substack.

My Life’s Work/Conscious Sun Gate is 44. My gift is seeing and predicting patterns. Part of my life’s work is helping others break old patterns and break free from the past. Many astrologers right now are looking through old lenses — making...

This is our second training as part of FENG SHUI Summer. We began with the Foundations last week.

This week we start diving into the ELEMENTS and their associated directions, significations, activations, ways to balance and special tips for the associated Kuas.

We begin with WOOD and everyone can hear at the top of the call the qualities of Wood in both TCM and Feng Shui. Wood is one of the elements I speak about...

Your home is an ALTAR and your unique Kua offers you insight into your personal growth path. You came in with keys to how you stabilize, how you return to your core, the directions you need to work with so that you feel in flow. You came through with your Design and your Astrology and also your environmental blueprint. Everything in your home is energy.

I couldn’t be more excited to share this episode. Vesta has been on my mind as we are having a fairly tight relationship of late but I also feel like she is a timely thread for everyone to pull as we usher in the new paradigm as she is so tied to the unique mission your Soul came to actualize, the orientation of your focus and devotion and how you cultivate meaning and fulfillment.

Vesta is part of the main asteroid belt and can actually be seen with the naked eye which I think gives her ev...

In this episode I expand on one of my most popular blogs which is Incarnation Cross + Godheads. This is one of my favorite threads to pull not only for your Incarnation Cross but for other placements in your chart and bodygraph. I also share about Lakshmi and how working with her is the perfect energy for ushering in the new paradigm.

Collaborating with and internalizing these archetypes (or your asteroid goddesses or planets) with real intention is life changing.

Just some ways to work with these might be focusing on the archetype(s) associated with: <...

I wanted to break down June a bit this month as it feels like a time to be intentional before energy ramps up in July. Many of us are feeling it… that something big is coming. We are on the precipice of so much shifting, it’s hard to know what that will look like on the world stage but most of us agree that July feels big.

So June is a lot about nervous system tending, nourishment, rest, recalibration. I broke down some dates to pay attention to and talked about how to work with the ener...

In this episode I share some musings from inside my own experience — currently in the darkest year of my Progressed Balsamic Moon phase with transiting Saturn dancing on my natal Moon.

At one point in the podcast I think I said “I’m not scared” three times in a row about my upcoming 12th House year. I sounded a wee scared. Because look, this Balsamic Moon phase has been no joke for me. And my 12th house month last year left me screaming in a field.

Maybe there is a little fear. That’s a very real...

A couple of weeks ago I spoke about maybe my favorite thread to pull in the “asteroid” realm and I say asteroid air quotes because she is actually now classified as a dwarf planet. That’s right — just like Pluto.

She is asteroid number one. The very first to be discovered.

Mythologically she is actually the same rank as Pluto, Jupiter and Neptune — her bros. And she was astronomically thought to have birthed the other major asteroids… like Juno, Pallas and Vesta exploded out of her. She’s kind of a big deal.

She’s a thread...

We are moving into Summer in the Northern Hemisphere which is Fire Element season (Heart, Small Intestine, Triple Warmer, Pericardium meridians), in a time when astrologically we are in a lot of Fire energy in the year of the Fire Horse. So I wanted to talk about the Fire Element in TCM, focusing this week on loving up on the heart and cultivating Shen.

We are kicking off the Gemini Season Nervous System journey this Monday in THIS IS THE SPACE and the Fire element is very tied to the nervous system through electricity and the ways...

I am so excited to have Jen Hampton of Spirited Treasure back on the podcast to talk about the importance of beauty and how it has been quite literally stripped from us. This episode has been on my mind for awhile and Taurus season felt like the perfect moment.

If Tartaria is new to you, this episode will invite you to open your mind to hidden history and possibility… to ask yourself the question — what if? We can always explain away some pieces to simple profit > people, but not all. What if even some part of what we t...

When speaking to friends about this and whether I should share about it on the podcast, I was reminded that I am a storyteller and that oftentimes I am sharing from my life. And this is a thing that happened this week that got me thinking. Not because I’m taking it personally but because it speaks to some greater patterns that I think are important.

So this week’s episode is a bit of my Self to my Throat channel and sharing from inside real life and a bit some bigger collective themes I have not spok...

This is another true High Sound smörgasbord. High Sound determination does not just mean volume but can also indicate a need for diversity and variety in all consumption.

I share a tiny bit about Uranus in Gemini and I’ve linked the previous episode below and then it is story time around why I broke up with ChatGPT this week and how it is feeling very old paradigm. It does mean I have to write this podcast description myself now though 😂! Bear with me. Condensing into a description was one of my all time fave uses!

This week is bringing the Aries fire. In this episode I share around the energetics of the week and the New Moon and how it’s encoded with hope and new beginnings. I also talk about in-sourcing (I maybe just made that word up) and why it’s more important than ever to be your own guru. I’m going to drop the chart below so you can see just how Aries heavy we are rolling and I share some support in this episode on dealing with the tension as well as ways to balance in this week’s NOURISH...

In this episode inspired by our Aries season ‘I Am’ journey inside The Collective I share about a critical choice point we are all facing when it comes to the new paradigm and birthing a new world and that moment in manifestation that doesn’t get talked about enough: the lag.

The part where you’ve shifted something internally… you can feel it, you know it… but your external reality hasn’t caught up yet. This is where most people collapse back into old patterns. In this episode, we’re getting into that in-between.

We are on the cusp...

At one point in my nervous system journey, I followed all the “right” advice from my experts. Slow down. Do less. Only gentle movement. Regulate before you expand. And while that support matters… I realized something was off. Not because the tools don’t work… but because they weren’t built for my body and my unique blueprint.

In this episode, I’m talking about the biggest mistake I made on my healing journey: where I overrode my own design in favor of homogenized advice.

I share around why some bodies need discharge, not just down-regulatio...

This one is a true representation of my High Sound, a little of this, a little of that. I share some thoughts around using AI in business intentionally and the importance of maintaining our human connection.

I also share about the pure magic of understanding your AC aka Rising Sign and how you can use your cosmic codes to best organize your ideal days, support your well-being, love up on your unique nervous system and constitution + I share some examples from my own thread pulling as well as some truths from inside my own current tender cycle...

Inanna descends.

She passes through seven gates, surrendering everything she once identified with—until she stands in the underworld, bare, undone, and face to face with truth.

In this conversation, we explore the myth of Inanna alongside Venus, and what she reveals about transformation, power, shedding homogenized identities and societal programming and truly knowing yourself as pathway of initiation.

Jen Hampton of Spirited Treasure shares why she views Inanna as a talisman for 2026—a symbolic guide for the collective moment we’re moving into. One that asks for honesty and a deeper form of sov...

The Spring Equinox is the moment the zodiac begins again. The Sun enters Aries, the astrological new year starts, and a new cycle of life begins to unfold.

In this episode we look at the equinox chart as a kind of energetic blueprint for the year ahead. This year carries a strong Pisces-Aries signature, highlighting a collective transition between dissolution and initiation — between letting go of old identities and stepping into new ones.

We explore what it means that the ruler of Aries sits in Pisces, how intuition becomes the compass for action this year, an...

There’s a lot of noise right now.

Predictions. Headlines. Constant commentary about what’s coming next. And it’s very easy to get pulled into the emotional waves of it all.

In this episode, I’m sharing some March vibes, excitement on the New Earth timeline and three orientations that can help you anchor into the new paradigm.

We talk about releasing the fear frequency, stepping out of the constant drama of the world stage, and tending to the one things that determines everything else.

Because the shift so many people a...

In this conversation with Ayla Wayman of Inner Tide we explore what it means to co-create in the new paradigm... beyond vision boards, hustle energy, and forcing timelines.

We talk about the shift from effort to alignment. From control to coherence. From willpower to devotion.

This episode is a grounded, honest look at:

What happens when you stop trying to "make it happen".

Why old paradigm manifestation burns people out.

What “let go and let Source” really means and the both/and of it all.

And how regu...

In this episode I'm sharing the audio from inside a recent B+F workshop - a threshold conversation around the year ahead for 2026.

I talk about the major astrological transits, the One Year numerology, Fire Horse vibes, and the larger shifts unfolding collectively plus how to be in flow with your personal cosmic weather.

I share around the cosmic architecture, visioning, how to be into the New Paradigm and really resource yourself for what's ahead.
