Around 11:00 AM on July 26, 2024, Officers Jason Montalvo and Jonathan Figueroa with the Hoboken Police Department were dispatched to a report of a shoplifting at ShopRite on 900 Madison Street. Officer Montalvo first arrived on scene around 11:02 AM and walked upstairs to the loss prevention office. Crazy Man Pulls Gun On Tow Truck Driver After Trying To Repo His Car

On September 21, 2022. Officers responded to a hostile situation in progress in regard to a man who was identified as "Henry" who pulled a gun on a tow truck driver as he was trying to tow his car away. "Henry" claimed the man was trying to "steal" the car.  He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, armed burglary, resisting without violence and improper exhibition of a fireman.

Around 8:59 AM on July 30, 2024, Sergeant Jason Falco and Officer Frank Lombardo with the Hoboken Police Department were dispatched to a report of a shoplifting at ShopRite on 900 Madison Street. On April 1st, 2022. Officers responded to the scene of an accident in which a car travelling at a high-speed rate hit another car crossing the street at a 4-point stop intersection.
