"Dressed in Grief: All Saints"
Grief has a way of covering everything. But God is still reaching for you beneath it all. ❤️
The memories. The empty spaces. The moments when pretending you're fine takes everything you've got.
But here's the promise: The shelter stays. The shroud comes down. 🙌🏽
God doesn't ask you to hide your grief or hurry through your healing. God meets you in the middle of it—and gently reminds you that you don't have to live there forever. 🌱
And sometimes, God's comfort arrives in the most ordinary ways: a warm meal, a familiar hand, someone w...
"Not On My Watch"
The king had power. The grieving mother had a purpose. And guess who changed the story? 🔥
Rizpah had no throne. No army. No earthly power. But she had a fierce love that refused to look away. ❤️
So she kept watch. Through the days. Through the nights. Until her solitary vigil became a collective cry for justice. ✊🏽
Where violence deepened the wounds, compassion began the healing. 🕊️
Because sometimes the greatest power isn't in the hands of those who rule, but in the hearts of those who refuse to surrender.

Haters Gonna Hate
Your haters have opinions. But who gave them authority over your calling? 👀🔥 Some people want you small. They'll question your growth, challenge your truth, and keep you busy proving yourself. But here's the twist: even proving them wrong means you're still taking orders from them. 💥 Jesus didn't shrink to fit their expectations. And neither should you. Let the noise be noise. 🔊 God's calling deserves your attention, not their approval. 🙌🏽✨

"Consider This Your Introduction"
Some versions of us were built to survive. Some layers kept us safe. 💛
But beloved, you don’t have to live buried beneath who the world told you to be.
Take your time. Dig gently. 🌱 God has mercy for your layers.
And beneath them all? God is calling you home—to yourself. ❤️

"Your Heart is Showing"
Your mouth might be telling on your heart! 👀❤️
Because whatever you’ve been storing up? Sooner or later, it’s coming out. 🗣️
The grudges. The goodness. The love. The little things you thought nobody noticed.
Jesus reminds us that our hearts need a little housekeeping, too. 🧹✨ Keep what nourishes your spirit. Let go of what doesn’t belong.
Because what fills your heart will find its way into the world. 💛
#Matthew15 #HeartCheck
"Wait: Why?"
What if the most dangerous place to be lost…is where you’ve learned to feel at home? 🐑💭
You can get used to the loneliness. Make peace with the detour. Forget there’s a way back.
But God hasn’t forgotten you. 💛
Before you even knew you were missing, the Shepherd was already searching. The seeking comes first. 🏔️✨
So stop settling for lost, beloved. The question isn’t whether God will come looking. It’s whether you’ll let yourself be found. 🫶
#LostSheep #Matthew18 #TheSeekingComesFirst
"Yes Responder"
We’ve gotten very good at calling the having blessed. 💰✨
The house. The title. The success. The more.
But Jesus flips the list. 👀
Blessed isn’t about what fills your hands—it’s about who you are when you stand before God. 🕊️
Sometimes the chase for more keeps us from recognizing the blessing already within us.
Jesus already told us who’s blessed. Maybe it’s time we believed Him. 💛

Five Refusals: Refusal 5 - I refuse to postpone my joy
🌿 Joy isn't waiting for you on the other side of your to-do list.
It isn't the reward for surviving. It isn't what you earn after you've carried everyone else. 🤍
Later keeps moving.
Joy doesn't.
Jesus calls it abundant life—not someday, but here. 🌾
✨ I refuse to postpone my joy. ✨
Stop waiting to feast. The pasture has been beneath your feet all along. 🕊️💛
#ChooseJoyToday #AbundantLife #FeastHere
Five Refusals: Refusal 4 - I refuse to confuse labor with love
⏰ Maybe you're not tired because you've loved too much...
Maybe you're tired because you've been trying to earn what was never for sale. 🤍
Somewhere along the way, love became a job.
So you kept proving. Producing. Performing. 📋
But grace doesn't keep timecards. And belonging doesn't send invoices. 🕊️
✨ I refuse to confuse labor with love. ✨
Clock out.
The love God has for you has never depended on your performance. And the people who truly love you shouldn't require it either. 🌿
#GraceOverGrinding #LovedNotEarned #ClockOut
Five Refusals: Refusal 3 - I refuse to be my own afterthought
The one thing you keep scheduling for later...
is you.
Your healing. 🌿
Your rest. 🤍
Your wholeness.
Everyone else gets your best.
You live on what's left. 🍂
But Jesus invites you to choose the better part—first.
✨ I refuse to be my own afterthought. ✨
What if the holiest thing on your calendar was the time that brings you back to yourself? 📖💛
#ChooseTheBetterPart #ProtectYourPeace #Wholeness
Five Refusals: Refusal 2 - I refuse to mistake noise for instruction
🌊 Not everything demanding your attention deserves your obedience.
Some pressures sound like purpose. 🌪️
Some urgency is just noise. 📣
But God is not the author of confusion. 🤍
So when everything around you roars...
don't chase the loudest voice.
✨ I refuse to mistake noise for instruction. ✨
Meet God at the river first. 🌿💧
Let peace—not pressure—tell you where to go. 🕊️
#ChoosePeace #HolyDiscernment #Stillness
Five Refusals: Refusal 1 - I refuse to be a stranger to myself
🌾 There comes a moment when the soul grows tired of pretending.
Tired of carrying names that were never yours. 🪨
Tired of wearing armor that was only meant for survival. 🛡️
Tired of mistaking the mask for the mirror. 🪞
Then, in the stillness... 🤍
The God Hagar called El Roi whispers, "I have seen you all along." 👁️✨
The One who has searched you and known you...
The One who has never confused your wounds with your identity. ❤️
✨ I refuse to be a stranger to myself. ✨
Look again. 👀

"Return to Sender"
Some prayers bloom into blessings. 🌱✨
But blessings were never meant to stay in your hands. 🤲🏾
Don't keep living in yesterday's question when God has already opened tomorrow's door. 🚪🕊️
Plant what you've been given. Trust what God will grow. 🌾💛
#ReturnToSender #FaithForward #LivingHope
"Objection! Asked & Answered"
The world looked at Hannah and saw emptiness 💔
A dead end. A closed door. A prayer unanswered.
But God has always made a home in the margins 🕊️✨
With the overlooked.
The written-off.
The weary.
The worn.
What others call finished, God calls fertile ground 🌱
So when you find yourself holding on by a thread, remember: the story isn't over. 🙏🏾
You ask. God answers. 💛
#AskedAndAnswered #LivingHope #FaithInTheWaiting
"No Pain, No Grain"
Some seasons feel like a threshing floor 🌾
The pressure is relentless. 💔
The doubts are loud. 🌪️
The losses are real.
But God is still at work ✨
What feels like breaking may be becoming. 🤲🏾
What feels like pressure may be preparation. 🔥
You’ve taken the hits. You’ve carried the weight. And yet, here you are. 🕊️
Still standing. Still rising. Still held by grace. 💛
#NoPainNoGrain #ResilientFaith #thepark1010
"The Yeast of These"
Hidden doesn’t mean gone 🌱✨ Some growth happens where no one can see it 🌙 Some strength is formed after the pressing 💪🏾 Some prayers are still rising 🙏🏾 Some stories are still becoming 📖 The dough gets pushed down 🍞 But the Maker isn’t finished yet 🤲🏾 God is not the punch. God is the comeback 🔥
🕊️ If you’re weary, rest. If you’ve been pressed down, hold on. Your next rising may be closer than you think ✨
#KeepRising #FaithInTheProcess #thepark1010
"The Lies That Bind"
Fear tells you to hold on tighter 🤲🏾
God invites you to open your hands ✨
What you own can never save you.
What you hide will never heal you.
What owns you can never free you. 🕊️
#Acts5 #BeRichInCharacter #FaithOverFear #thepark1010
"Holy Ghostwriter"
God never called us into sameness 🏗️
Forced sameness kills beauty for the sake of order.
But Pentecost? 🕊️🔥
Pentecost sounds like people keeping their own voice…
and still being understood.
Difference is holy ✨
#Pentecost #TowerOfBabel #HolySpirit #thepark1010
"Ascension"
Trauma makes the body flinch 💔
Even when heaven is doing something holy ✨
But Ascension is not God leaving ☁️
It’s mercy growing wider 🕊️
Closer than you think 🤍
#AscensionSunday #MercyGrowingWider #thepark1010
"Pour No More"
You’ve been pouring and pouring 💧
Trying to fill yourself with achievement, control, and survival 🏆
But some cups were never meant to hold your soul.
God did not create you for depletion 🌿
Your cup was made to overflow ✨
#PourNoMore #Overflow #MothersDay #thepark1010
"Read the Room"
Empires fade 🏛️
Strongholds crumble 🍂
But what God placed in you remains ✨
Incorruptible.
Undefiled.
Unfading.
So don’t bow where your soul cannot 🕊️
#ReadTheRoom #LivingHope #thepark1010
"No Room in the Bin"
You can’t carry fear-built systems into a God-sized life 🧳✨
If you can’t imagine love without control…
you’ll miss what God is doing 👀
“Did you forget whose God this is?”
Let it go 🙌🏽
There’s more life waiting 🌿
#NoRoomInTheBin #FaithOverFear #thepark1010
"Face Value"
Tell yourself the truth—early 🗣️
Before the image becomes an idol
Before success starts shaping your soul 🏆
Wisdom pays attention 👀
Wisdom discerns 🧠
Wisdom knows when to let go 🍃
It learns 📖—and it unlearns 🔓
That’s where freedom begins 🕊️
#ChooseWisdom #FaceValue #UnlearnToGrow
"Ground Control"
Fear was still there… but it didn’t win 😳
“I know,” the angel says 🤍
And then: He got up 🙌🏽
So they did too 🕊️
Resurrection doesn’t erase fear—it lifts you through it 🌅✨
#ResurrectionSunday #HeGotUp #FaithOverFear #RiseAndShine #EasterHope #thepark1010
"Low Rider"
Not the war you expected.
Not the power you imagined.
Jesus didn’t come with force—He came close.
Stepping between you and what harms you.
Taking it on Himself.
That’s what salvation looks like.
#PalmSunday #LowRider #Hosanna #FaithOverFear 🙏🏽✨🔥
"Flock, Stock and Two Stolen Idols"
The story isn’t as simple as who’s right and who’s wrong.
We see a moment 👀
God sees the whole terrain 🌍
This Lent, loosen your grip on the story that keeps you feeling righteous.
Let God hold the truth. Let it go.
#LentIV #TheBlameGame #LetGodBeGod #ReleaseTheJudgment #FaithJourney #thepark1010 🙏🏽✨
"Check Before You Wreck…Yourself"
Sometimes the holiest moment isn’t at the altar — it’s the pause before it.
That quiet interruption from your conscience?
That’s God saying: face it.
Repair what you can. Do your part.
Because the blessing begins when you try.
✨ Turn around.
✨ Tell the truth.
✨ Make it right where you can.
#CheckBeforeYouWreck #CourageToRepair #SermonOnTheMount #Lent #thepark1010 🙏🏽✨
"Shift Happens"
“I was afraid.”
Fear tells the feeling.
Confession names the choice.
When we can’t stand in our truth, we start shifting the blame.
But confession is survivable. Healing begins when we stop deflecting and start owning.
No pivot. No shame spiral. Just truth.
#ShiftHappens #LentII #ConfessionIsSurvivable #FaithOverFear #TellTheTruth #WhereAreYou #thepark1010 🙏🏽✨
"Axis Granted."
Pressure is real.
But falling doesn’t mean you weren’t prepared.
Sometimes it just means something pulled you off your axis.
When a skater is aligned — centered — they can spin, jump, and land strong.
What winners do is stop fighting themselves.
They stay on their axis.
That’s alignment. ✨
Lent is an invitation to come back to center.
To stop drifting.
To stop bending under pressure.
To stop fighting yourself.
Repent = realign.
Axis. Granted. 🙏
#Lent #Alignment #FaithInPractice #StayCentered #R...
"Shine & Rise: Transfiguration"
We love activation. Push through. Get up. Keep going. 💪✨
But activation only works to a point.
Sometimes your body makes a different choice.
Sometimes you collapse. 🫠
Not because you’re weak.
Because it’s too much.
On the mountain, the disciples fell flat in the presence of glory. ⛰️🌤️
And Jesus didn’t shame them for it.
He knelt down.
He reached out. 🤲
“Get up. I’m here. Don’t be afraid.”
Biology made them fall.
Theology let them rise. 🌅
If you’re face-down right now — this...
"From Hem to Him"
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t action—it’s the space in between. ⏳
We call it paralysis.
Scripture calls it an invitation. ✨
Jesus was busy—and still stopped.
For the urgent. For the long-suffering.
For spoken prayers and silent ones. 🙏🏽
If you’re stuck, grieving, or moving slower than you think you should…
don’t rush it. God is in the in-between. 💛
"When the Call Interrupts the Plan"
I don’t think God’s interested in your plans. I think God is interested in who you’re becoming.
"Yoked Up"
The work you’ve been assigned is *holy*. It carries God’s anointing. And anointing brings…provision. You don’t have to collapse under a weight you were never assigned.
"Lifted: Gifted" Feast of the Epiphany
What are you already carrying that you’ve never considered sacred before? So many of you don’t offer what you have because you’re waiting for just the right conditions. Of you’re waiting for some more perfect version of yourself to emerge first. Drop that demon. Eliminate that stronghold. Because, like the wise ones, in Jesus’ presence, what was precious is made sacred.
"Better Recognize: The Anna Fast"
I stand before you today saying: this is a new day. A Turning Point. I’m ready to do my part in making some changes to live a little differently. Steadier and readier than ever. Prepared. Because I’m channeling Anna. I’m fasting and I’m praying and I’m staying in the Temple, praising God. So that whenever God shows up? I won’t be distracted.
"Room Enough: A Christmas Reflection"
When God chose that manger, in a crowded home, God was keeping the Holy Family safe. No one would look for a king there.
Heaven moves first in the margins. Angels skip the courts and councils of kings, choosing instead to go straight to shepherds working the night shift. They’re ordinary people. Watching and waiting through the night for the light to shine.
Please, beloved, don’t miss God’s strategy of protection. This is how God moves.
Christmas Eve Homily
Beloved in Christ, on this holy night, we mark our time together in the stillness that gives us the distinct experience of wrapping ourselves in God's glory.
"Angels Apparent"
As you reflect on the Christmas story and your own experience of it this year, I ask, what are you facing that feels impossible or unthinkable? Where are your angels? Think honestly - have you already heard from the angel you need? Have they already spoken? Or are you still waiting?
"Name Dropping"
He entered this world as a little babe, no crib for a bed. But with a name the world would learn so that his followers to come would always, always have a name close enough to be spoken to.
Say his name. Jesus!
"While You Were Waiting"
Readiness is what God reveals only after you have lived through the gap. Readiness rises from the wisdom you gain in the nights when answers do not come. Readiness appears when the fear settles and the truth finally speaks.
Preparation is the gift God placed in you before the trial.
Readiness is the gift God places in you after you endure it.
