BRB! Busy Relishing in Babytime!
#127
06/02/2022

We have a very special guest on today’s chat! We welcomed our baby boy and are over the moon to be starting this next chapter of our adventure together. We’re taking a little break from the podcast to enjoy this time as we navigate our new roles as parents (and try to catch some zzz’s… although that's probably wishful thinking!). We’ll be back with lots of questions and reflections. Until then, we’ll just be right here, soaking it all in (literally)…

Thank you for all the love and support!

Making Civics Cool with Ben Sheehan
#119
03/15/2022

There’s a lot that we need to care about and sometimes it can seem a bit daunting… and even shameful, if we don’t know enough about the things we should know about! One area we have set out to learn more about is how the heck government works and how can we not feel so helpless?

That’s where Ben Sheehan comes in.

His goal is to make regular civic participation — even beyond voting — a regular part of all of our daily lives, like flossing our teeth -- we do it a...

Transformed by Birth with Dr. Britta Bushnell
#118
03/08/2022

We’re so happy to be experiencing a birth class as deep as this one. When researching various classes, we weren’t sure what to look for beyond laboring positions and pain management (which she gets into as well and are super important!). So when we signed up for Dr. Britta Bushnell’s Childbirth Class, which covers topics far beyond the technical aspects of birth, we immediately felt this was just what we needed. It has helped us recognize and embrace all the transformations we’re going through individually and as a couple.
