These egg and dairy-free vegan banana pancakes are really easy to make and very tasty, even your non-vegan friends will love them!
The recipe makes 12 pancakes and they take approx. 10 mins to prepare and 12 to cook.

This tasty vegan chilli is made with lots of healthy vegetables and is full of flavour. It's ideal for a cold Winter evening.
The chilli is easy to make with a prep time of 15 minutes and approx. 45 minutes of cooking time. The chilli serves 4 people and can be frozen for later use. Serve with brown rice or a green salad and pitta bread.

The chilli has 435 calories and 20.9 g of fibre

This delicious one-pot winter warmer contains meaty textured jackfruit for the ultimate vegan stew, the tabasco and paprika give a lovely warm sensation. The stew makes an idea supper for the colder nights.
The recipe serves four people and takes approx. 30 minutes to prepare and 1.5 hours to cook on the hob, although you could use a slow cooker.
