Poolbeg Pharma has announced a positive interim safety review from the TOPICAL clinical trial of POLB 001, with the study recommended to continue as planned and no changes required to the protocol. Nativo Resources has announced a £3.5 million royalty funding deal with Chancery Royalty. In addition, Chancery and investors associated with it have also committed to a £600,000 equity investment into the company. The money will allow Nativo to complete a gold ore processing plant in Peru. The plant, which is already half-constructed, is designed to take feed from local artisinal miners, of which there are many in the region. Fintel has posted interim results for the six months to June, which showed adjusted EBITDA up to £16.6 million, a rise of more than 16%. EBITDA margin grew to more than 30%, and overall revenues were also up. The company has recently completed a restructuring, following the integration of several acquisitions. Matt Timmins, chief executive of Fintel, joins Vox to spell out where the company goes from here.

MedPal AI CEO Jason Drummond explains why accelerating demand has lifted the Group’s annualised revenue run rate to more than £35 million—and why a further £5 million placing was needed to fund that growth. He discusses customer retention, the working-capital cycle, bank financing and plans to expand dispensing capacity to 14,000 orders a day.

Great Southern Copper's chief executive Sam Garrett joins Vox to talk about the latest metallurgical results from the company's Mostaza project in Chile. The results show strong recoveries from high grade ore, and mean that Great Southern can now report its grades at Mostaza in equivalents, such that the highest grade intercept over more than 20 metres comes in at 6% copper equivalent. A fourth phase of drilling is about to get underway, and further metallurgical work will run in parallel.

The company has already drilled more than 70 holes, and is looking to do more than a hundred before this programme is finished. The work will go a long way towards advancing Pinnacle's understanding of the project, which it hopes to put into production around the end of next year. Chief executive Bob Archer joins Vox to tell us more.

Rift Helium has been granted its environmental impact approvals by the Tanzanian government, meaning the way is now all clear for Rift to press ahead with its planned 3D seismic and drilling programmes at the Upepop project in the Rukwa Basin. Seismic will get underway during the current quarter, with drilling due in the first half of next year. Rift's chief executive Charlie Fitzroy joins Vox to tell us more.

Blencowe Resources' graphite continues to meet approval from high end users, as the latest testing shows it effective in use in rockets travelling at Mach 5.5. Meanwhile, the company continues to work away at funding for the development of the Orom-Cross project, with off-take deals already in place for phase one. In this interview the company's chief executive Mike Ralston says he expects funding to be put in place by end-2026.

It's been a strong week for Harena Rare Earths First, the company was mentioned in President Trump's White House briefing, following a big conference on critical minerals. ECR Minerals has completed a fundraising designed to help it accelerate the production process at Maddens. It could now be weeks rather than months before the underground portion of the Maddens gold mine in Australia goes into production, and ECR is keen to hurry the process along as fast as possible. Pinnacle Silver & Gold has been delineating new zones of mineralisation at the El Potrero project in Mexico, after preparations for an ongoing underground drilling campaign uncovered new areas of the old mine that were previously unknown. Systematic sampling of these areas has shown continuity of mineralisation and added considerably to Pinnacle's confidence in the prospectivity and potential viability of the whole system.
