The other week, I started talking about the Writing Exam, which is divided into two parts:

Part 1– Mandatory task: Writing an e-mail. Part 2 – Optional task: Writing an article or a story.

In part 1, candidates have to write about 100 words answering an e-mail. There is no other option. For part 2, candidates have to choose to write an article or a story based on the guideline. This exercise has eight gaps in total. Each correct answer accounts for one mark. The main focus of this part is to test your knowledge of both grammar and vocabulary.
