Here are Adam and Dana’s list of things to do, rides to try, and foods to consume that are not always the most popular choices, but worth it for the experience. Do this instead of that!

Next time you visit Disney World take our advice and avoid some of the more popular restaurants, hotels and attractions, and try our suggestions. We have crafted a list of the best things to do INSTEAD of some of the more popular things.

Halloween is here at the Disney resorts! Lots of fun, not too scary events are happening on both coasts. But we aren’t quite sure some of these themed treats sound as frightfully delicious as they are intended to be. DCL news about discounted travelers, and attraction updates rounds out the news for the start of September.

Adam recently returned from a visit to Disney World. He stayed at Port Orleans Riverside in a Royal Room. While the rooms are being phased out, he talks about how much he enjoyed Port Orleans and it’s theming. Then his family stayed in the Garden View wing of the Contemporary and loved it even more!

Katie and Mike Murray visit the podcast for the first time and share their thoughts on the Alaska cruise they did with Dana and Ryan. As first time Disney cruisers, they came in with certain expectations. The Murrays share their highlights, what they were pleasantly surprised by, and where they felt things fell short.

DCL’s Destiny ship is sailing November 20th and a bunch of new information was just released about the ship.
