NPFL clubs face different situations as they play their 2nd-leg preliminary rounds in the various CAF club competitions. Champions, Rangers International go away in the Champions League qualifier having managed only a draw at home to their Benin Rep opponents. Rivers United have a draw from away so will be confident as they host the 2nd-leg.
Shooting Stars of Ibadan go to CS Sfaxien of Tunisia with a slender 1-0 lead but they would be hopeful because that 2nd-leg would be behind closed doors. Cup winners, Elkanemi take a 3-0 lead to their 2nd-leg match.

A huge backlash led by UEFA leads him to fold (as the kids would say) and withdraw it.
