As longtime owner and operator of Willowbrook Manor and Tulip Festival board member, she knows the importance of the tulip festival to the community and local businesses. She's been working hard to promote all things tulip festival and Skagit Valley, a great community member, person, and friend!

Andrew chats with Reese Gardner, who came up with the idea of Ethan's Smile and approached Andrew about making it happen. He is a former co-worker and friend of Ethan Chapin who was one of the 4 victims at the University of Idaho tragedy in November 2022.Ā
