Pieta Prayers Podcast

Most holy Apostle, St.Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes you universally, as the patron of difficult causes, of things almost despaired of, Pray for me, I am so helpless and alone. Intercede with God for me that He bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly

and that I may praise God with you and...

Blessed and praised be the hour in which the Most Holy Mary came in mortal flesh to Zaragoza.

Prayer:

O Almighty and Eternal God, who has given us a heavenly refuge through the glorious Mother of Your Son, grant that we may be protected by the constant help of the Virgin Mary, whom we venerate under the special title of Our Lady of the Pillar. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

My Adorable Jesus,

May our feet journey together

May our hands gather in unity

May our hearts beat in unison

May our souls be in harmony

May our thoughts be as one

May our ears listen to the silence together

May our glances profoundly penetrate each other

And may our lips pray together,

to gain mercy from the Eternal Father.

Breathe in me,

O Holy Spirit, that my thoughts may be holy.

Act in me,

O Holy Spirit, that my work, too, may be holy.

Draw my heart,

O Holy Spirit, that I love but what is holy.

Strengthen me,

O Holy Spirit, to defend all that is holy.

Guard me then,

O Holy Spirit, that I always may be holy. Amen.

Glorious St.Anne, we think of you as filled with compassion for those who invoke you and with love for those who suffer. Deign to comment it to your daughter, our Blessed Lady, and lay it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring it to a happy conclusion. Cease not to intercede for me until my request...

I fly to Thee Sacred Heart of my Savior, for Thou art for my refuge, my only hope. Thou art the remedy for all my miseries, my consolation in all my wretchedness, the reparation for all my infidelities, the supplement for all my sins, and the hope and end of all my prayers.

Thou art the only one Who is never weary of me and Who can bear with my faults, because Thou lovest me with an infinite love. Therefore, O my God, have mercy on me according to Thy great mercy, and do with me, and...

My soul suffered the most dreadful loathing in the Garden of Olives because of lukewarm souls. They were the reason I cried out: 'Father, take this cup away from Me, if it be Your will.' I arise today Through the strength of Christ's birth with His baptism, Through the strength of His crucifixion with His burial, Through the strength of His resurrection with His ascension, Through the strength of His descent for the judgment of doom.

Immaculate Virgin of the Miraculous Medal, you who decided to appear in front of Saint Catherine Labouré , today I ask you to manifest yourself in my life to attend to this prayer that I dedicate to you today, and that so much needs your help.

As you once said, you fill with blessings those who pray to you with their hearts , therefore, today I turn to you to let you know everything that overwhelms or worries me. In your hands I place this, my most special request: (at this point you must make your request clearly).

Lord Jesus Christ,

You are King of the whole world.

All that was made was created for You.

Exercise Your sovereign rights over me.

I renew my baptismal vows,

renouncing satan with all his works and

his false glamour,

and I promise to live as a good Christian.

In particular, I pledge myself to do all in my

power

to make the rights of God and of Your Church

triumph in the world.

Divine Heart...

O Holy Spirit of God, take me as Thy

disciple,; guide me, illuminate me,

sanctify me. Bind my hands, that they

may do no evil; cover my eyes that

they may see it no more; sanctify my

heart, that evil may not dwell within

me. Be Thou my God; be Thou my

guide. Whithersoever Thou leadest

me, I will go; whatsoever Thou forbiddest me,

I will renounce; and whatsoever Thou commandest me,

in Thy strength I will do. Lead me, t...

On the Cross pray,

"O God, come to my assistance; O Lord, make haste to help me,"

followed by the Glory Be.

On each large bead pray,

"My Jesus Mercy!"

Followed by one Glory Be.

On each small bead pray,

"Arise, O Lord, and let Thy enemies be scattered, and let all that hate Thee flee from before Thy face."

On the Holy Face Medal say,

"God, our Protector, look on us, a...

Look down upon me, good and gentle Jesus,

while before Your face I humbly kneel and,

with burning soul, pray and beseech You to

fix deep in my heart lively sentiments of

faith, hope and charity; true contrition for

my sins, and a firm purpose of amendment.

While I contemplate, with great love and tender pity,

Your five most precious wounds,

pondering over them within me and calling

to mind the words which David,

Your prophet, said of You, my...

Heavenly Father, I thank You for

My father and mother, and for our home.

Bless us all, and help us to love You;

And in love to serve one another as Jesus

Taught us to do. Give me strength to do

What is right today, and to do unto others

As I would want to do unto me.Amen.

I thank You, Lord, for. my father.

Grant me to realize the depth of his love for

me

Lord, inspire those men and women

who bear the titles "Husband" and "Wife".

Help them look to You

to themselves

to one another

to rediscover the fullness and mystery

they once felt in their union.

Let them be honest enough to ask:

Where have we been together

and where are we going?

Let them be brave enough to question:

How have we failed?

Let each be foolhardy enough to say:
