Indigo FM presenter Doug Wallen chats with Max Clarke about his New York-based musical project Cut Worms, which is making its Australian live debut in July -- including July 10 at the Old Stone Hall in Beechworth.
Cut Worms' fourth album, Transmitter, was produced by Wilco's Jeff Tweedy, who also plays extensively on the record. It's out now on the Jagjaguwar label.

Bernie, Sandy and Michael take the opportunity of the FIFA World Cup to take a break from the oblique strategies and decide to use the World Cup as the theme for this and the next show. For this Episode Bernie plays a popular song for the World Cups that he can remember starting from 1970.  Sandy plays songs mentioning some of the cities where the 2026 World Cup games are being played. And Michael goes a little political and plays songs to encourage FIFA to be more authentic and to celebrate the skills of playing football.

Grant McLennan - A True Hipster - His Legacy 20 Years On
Grant McLennan - singer-songwriter and one half of the songwriting duo Forster - McLennan of the beloved Brisbane band the Go-Betweens passed away on 6 May 2006 aged 48yo. On 6 May 2026 two decades had elapsed since McLennan departed this existence. 20 years on, let’s look through the incredible legacy of an artist in the truest sense of the word.
