The boys have asked their dear sweet friend Adam Carnevale of D&D Is For Nerds to talk about their ideal MCU project. Well, sort of, secretly they just want to grill Adam about what it's like to be John Movies. Jackson still loves Man-Thing, Duscher reads Adam's letterboxd and goes insane, and Adam believes he's been brought on to be expressly bullied even though the boys just want to know what it's like to enjoy slop like a moron.

Hollywood can't seem to stop remaking goddamn movies. Think of a movie from your childhood, guess what, they're remaking it probably. But what do the BS boys want to see remade? What would tickle their fancy? Zammit wants to give Sunset Boulevard a new coat of youtube colored paint, Duscher wants to make an X-Box themed Jingle all the Way, and Jackson wishes Treasure Planet was longer and not funny. Would you watch these movies if they were real? That's the real question.

Jumanji was a probably successful movie they made in 1995, now it's 2026 and they're making what is technically the fifth movie in the franchise, Jumanji: Open World. Will it be good or not? That's the question ostensibly answered on todays episode but not really. Zammit has never heard of the Nutcracker, Jackson gets yelled at about the past, and Duscher (and the rest of the boys) consider backsliding. How good would it be to give in to your worst impulses? Really good is the answer.

Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, a comic the boys adore, was adapted into the movie Supergirl and it stunk a million asses. This was disappointing for the boys but surely it's gotta be more disappointing for the DCU. Is this the death knell for the franchise or merely a speedbump? Duscher is furious about release schedules and just wants to get in there, Zammit still believes in Gun, and Jackson is possibly the wrong kind of pervert. Also the Spiderweb Hair reveal is this one, and it's a doozy.

Spiderman: Brand New Day has exceeded all expectation and is fast tracking itself to become one of the most successful movies of all time. What does this mean for Marvel? Are they panicking? Are they changing things behind the scenes. The boys look to the future to try and figure out what's next. Jackson, to no ones surprise, gets yelled at, Duscher starts a pee train, and Zammit remembers Spider Slayer. The main thing to remember though is that Sony is incapable of making a good decision and that rules.

The boys are back from the movies where they saw Spiderman: Brand New Day. Did they like it? Mostly! Did it make them excited for the future? Not really, in many ways the opposite. Zammit gets into a fight about the Hulk like a good husband, Jackson has to read War & Peace, and Duscher just wishes they would do something about Jared Leto for once. Sometimes it's kind of bad to be reminded that the MCU can make ok movies, this is one of those times.

Wowsers trousers, all the guys are here. The MCU continues to delight with a brand new trailer for the next avengers film, Avengers: Doomsday. Sure looks like a bunch of guys standing around, but surely the film will be more than that. Jackson reaches the end of his tether more or less immediately, Zammit falls down a Ghost Rider hole, and Duscher misses event cinema. If you love seeing guys in places this movie will probably rock, if that's not really your speed, then brother, you're in for a world of hurt.

Jackson and Duscher went and saw Minions and Monsters and it changed their lives, so they've invited their most adult friends, Joel Zammit and Matt Stewart, into the studio to breathlessly explain the movies plot. Well Joel Zammit was there anyway, but Matt is guesting. The movie is insane in multiple ways you're not expecting, and is maybe the best movie in the Minions franchise. Tech is coming! It's time for the boys to discuss the fifth entry in the toy story ouvre, Toy Story 5. Was it good? Yeah. Was it amazing? Hard to say. There was certainly a lot going on. Jackson thinks it's funny Toy Story backed itself into a corner, Zammit loves to throw his baby around, and Duscher gets distracted halfway through to have a (justified) argument with someone on his phone. One thing is for sure, they're gonna keep making Toy Story movies and we're gonna keep watching them.

Well let's get this out of the way: Jackson is gonna get spiderwebs shaved into his hair. There's no horse in this movie. There's Lobo though, for some reason, and a child trafficking ring, and at one point Supergirl pisses with the door open. Look, all the boys loved Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow so this movie had a lot to live up to and it hits that much harder that it absolutely failed. A real bummer for the BS boys. But hey, maybe Clayface will be good.

Star Wars is back on the big screen! For such a momentous occasion Jackson and Duscher decided to go to a midnight screening! They regret that! Was the movie good? Did anything happen in it? Despite ostensibly ending twice already Toy Story is back with its fifth instalment, Toy Story 5! This time it seems like the toys are going up against tech (by which it appears they actually mean screens) in a battle for Bonnie's attention. The boys discuss this a bit, but mostly they discuss egg recipes, brain rot, and the best way to chug two litres of milk. I used to be an adventurer, but then I took an arrow to the knee. What a fun and current reference that we can all enjoy! This week the beautiful Adam stops by andfills in for JD while we discuss the seemingly inevitable Elder Scrolls TV Series... or movie... but mostly series.
